I absolutely love this stuff. I put it on everything. it tastes great very good garlicky flavor, and the little pieces have a good texture. would not recommend if you were a vampire.

We use this garlic a lot for our sauce. We like it because it is bigger than regular spice bottles. It seems to meet our needs at home well. We prefer minced rather than powdered, so it is a good choice for us.

The flavor of garlic on what your cooking does make your food taste better and the aroma is not overwhelming. I used it on meats, salad, egg sandwiches and many other items I cook.

Much easier for replacement than chopping fresh garlic for every day meal prep. I've noticed reduced heart burn using this instead of fresh as well.

I only use the McCormick's garlic. The taste and quality are consistent with every bottle and it is the best.

This is the best granulated garlic. Not bitter and for finishing a steak or on garlic toast, it's got crunch.

I always like having McCormick Minced Garlic on hand because it makes cooking so much easier and adds such a delicious touch to my meals. I use it in everything from pasta sauces and roasted vegetables to marinades, stir fries, soups, and even garlic bread. It has a wonderfully fragrant aroma as soon as I add it to the pan, and the flavor is just right without being overpowering. It is such a convenient way to add that fresh garlic taste to everyday dishes, and I love how it helps take my food to the next level with minimal effort. Definitely a kitchen staple for me!

McCormick is generally a good brand. This minced garlic is shredded well enough that you can use it similar to garlic powder. This spice has a very potent smell and taste similar to some organic brands. Personally, I used it while cooking in my pressure cooker and sprinkled some for extra zest on a sandwich. Per the pressure cooker, have I needed more spice than what the recipe asked. Sandwich-wise, it did add more flavor.

It's a great product but doesn't ship. I had to order this, popcorn, Pickels, pens, leather gloves, designer hoodies and gloves, portable phone chargers, and many other items from Amazon the past few days.
