We use this garlic a lot for our sauce. We like it because it is bigger than regular spice bottles. It seems to meet our needs at home well. We prefer minced rather than powdered, so it is a good choice for us.

I absolutely love this stuff. I put it on everything. it tastes great very good garlicky flavor, and the little pieces have a good texture. would not recommend if you were a vampire.

The flavor of garlic on what your cooking does make your food taste better and the aroma is not overwhelming. I used it on meats, salad, egg sandwiches and many other items I cook.
