McCormick Kosher Minced Onions, 6.37 oz Bottle

I use these onions in so many different recipes, but my favorite is egg salad and my favorite cream cheese holiday dip. I like the size of the container because it's easy to grab and use, and I don't have to buy as often. These minced dried onions add a lot of flavor to your recipes!

I love these minced onions. They are a good size so that you notice them when your eating and they re-hydrate in the dishes you make. I have two bottles to sprinkle this with, one with big holes to dump a lot, then I put some in a grinder to make onion powder with and use a small hole container.

The most common use I have for this is recipes calling for onions! Add it to some water(like you do for dehydrated onions) for extra flavor!!! Love to cook it with hamburger meat!!! Great flavor!!!

I have been a longstanding fan of McCormick and these Minced Onions are no exception. The flavor is pure and authentic, rich onion flavor that is just packed into each little flake. The proof alone is in the smell (which sounds weird, but they just smell fresh). The containers are super convenient, providing a shaker option or easily removing the cap to get a larger portion. These are tremendous on chicken, in meatloaf, roasted potatoes, soups, burgers or even topping your cottage cheese. These have a long shelf life and are great for adding that onion flavor if you don't happen to have the fresh/raw option on hand.

McCormick has always been a trusted name in my family's households. I have never tried the minced onions until now. I made some cheeseburger sliders, rehydrating the onions in beef broth and other seasonings. They added such a flavorful and savory component to the meal.

Quality product. Convenient to use. Can be reconstituted to use in salads. Saves time. You don't have to peel and chop.

We love minced onions in our food so why buy the small containers when you can get a larger one and save money.

I received this item in exchange for my honest review. I love using onion in recipes for the flavor but I hate cutting them up and the onions must be cooked very well for me to eat them. I used the McCormick Minced onions in my broccoli cheddar soup as a substitute for raw onion and it was the perfect addition. It added so much flavor to my soup. My family loved this substitution and asked for me to do it again in the future.
