McCormick Minced Onions 2oz I've gone through plenty of brands of dried minced onions over the years, and McCormick's version is hands-down the most flavorful I've tried. A lot of other brands are bland and you end up dumping half the jar into your recipe just to taste something. Not this one, a little really does go a long way, which makes the small 2oz jar last much longer than you'd expect. The biggest win for me is skipping the whole "crying over a cutting board" routine. No peeling, no chopping, no onion tears…just scoop and go. It's genuinely convenient and surprisingly economical because you use so much less than with weaker brands. I reach for this every time a recipe calls for onion now, and several friends and family members have started buying it too after trying mine.
