I've tried a few different brands of paprika, but McCormick usually seems to have the best balance of flavor and freshness. This paprika - while I did receive it for free - may have just converted me to spending a bit more for quality. I used this paprika to make a sweet and savory goulash, as well as chicken shawarma. Both dishes were excellent - so flavorful and comforting. I believe using this higher quality paprika in these dishes helped to add that extra flavor as I have made both before, but this time they felt elevated.
