This is paprika. It is a spice that has only a little kick unless you go over board. It also adds a reddish appealing tint to food when sprinkled on top before placing in the oven. This is a large container. I'm sure there is a smaller one if you don't use it too often. Thank you.

The first thing that attracted me was the richness of the color of paprika. It looked premier. I wasn't disappointed in my assessment. For everything I used this for, there was a pop of rich color that doesn't come with all paprikas. I used it to mix in a recipe and I used it to top off deviled eggs. So so good and highly recommended!

I really like McCormick Paprika! It adds a nice red color and a mild, sweet pepper flavor to my dishes. I use it on eggs, roasted veggies, and even in soups or stews. It's not spicy, just adds a warm, smoky taste that makes food look and taste better. It's also great for making dry rubs for meat. A small sprinkle goes a long way. It is definitely a must-have in my spice rack!

I normally use the most affordable spices I can find. McCormick spices are a little more costly than I prefer. This paprika - while I did receive it for free - may have just converted me to spending a bit more for quality. I used this paprika to make a sweet and savory goulash, as well as chicken shawarma. Both dishes were excellent - so flavorful and comforting. I believe using this higher quality paprika in these dishes helped to add that extra flavor as I have made both before, but this time they felt elevated. I will buy McCormick paprika (and likely their other spices) going forward.

First off the bottle is awesome. Easy to open and sprinkle. The smell is nice and the color is awesome. The smoky pepper taste adds a lovely and unique flavor to the chicken and pork chops that I made. I also sprinkled some on roasted potatoes and that was definitely a game changer. Overall wonderful flavor and brand.
