Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 68 fl oz

Does not have a strong olive flavor. I read that it has been revewied by experts as being 100% olive oil, not a mix of other oils. One way to tell is the oil will solidify in the refrigerator, as this oil does. Very happy to be using healty oil without too strong a flavor.

This olive oil is delicious and I use it everyday for cooking, in salads or just to drizzle over sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese! The container is very large and I go through it regularly, but it can be purchased in smaller sized bottles. I like that it comes in a dark bottle to keep its quality preserved.

this is always my go-to or the berillo? sorry I haven't eaten so I'm totally brain fog at this point with the name but you know which olive oil I'm speaking about. but it has little pepper which always get the robust. I like the fact that it is in a 68 oz. Not too keen on the plastic bottle but it does the job. I can't say if it has high polyphenols. I would think that it has a little bit but not as high as the ones that I get off of Walmart. those are in a glass bottle and you get 500 ml which it goes quick but supposedly it's supposed to have at least 80% high polyphenols. but I use this oil on everything and and everything that goes from boil eggs to meats vegetables etc. also using it with lemon juice to make a salad dressing for salads. I do like the price I'm glad I was able to get it at a lower price of $21 which was great. I wouldn't say take a tablespoon on an empty stomach for the polyphenols because I don't think they have that much but it does taste good.

I cook “everything” with this Olive Oil, meats and veggies . I pour it over cooked spaghetti and vegies, I use it sometimes baking some cakes. I also use it over my bread instead of mayo. I make my own dressing salads using this oil too,

I have seen too many shows on how olive oils are cut and or faked to buy one I didn't research well. I have looked into this brand in more than one way many years back and was 100% satisfied that I can trust it to be what it is suppose to be: Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I love the forward flavor. This is my main oil in almost everything except baking and high heat frying with more oil than usual. It's flavor would likely taste delicate baked goods taste off, as it is less neutral. Plus, it is a bit more expensive for loading up a pan with it. Otherwise, it is my go-to oil for almost everything else. Love the flavor. I think my favorite thing with it is making Greek dipping bread!

My club didn't offer this one until this month. I always wanted to try it. Before this one I always bought the smooth version and I really can't tell the difference lol. Some people might be able to tell but, not gonna lie, I just can't. It seems to me that this one is thicker in consistency than the smooth version, but it could just be the placebo effect. Since I gave the smooth version 5 stars then I'm going to go ahead and give this one 5 stars. If I were to pick I'd go with the smooth version because I was so used to it and as they say, if it ain't broken don't fix it. If you want to save a dollar though go with this one.

I love the robust olive oil because I love the taste of olive oil. It’s healthy, much more so than butter. I use it in a sprayer when I want just a little. It makes cooking with it easier.

Good for salad dressing, also mix it with LouAna peanut oil to make mayo. A little drizzle on popcorn instead of butter gives another layer of flavor and better for health.

Based on a number of YouTube videos, turns out this product IS NOT 100% extra virgin olive oil and is instead comprised of large batch mixes of olive oils from multiple source countries. Additionally, quality extra virgin olive oil should have a harvest date on the bottle and not a best if used by date.

i believe this is fake evoo. I've had mine in the fridge-unopened-36 hours and it's not even cloudy, much less solidifying like it should. i believe this brand is another fake ripoff. you can't make mayo with all evoo because it gets to hard in the fridge. had my doubts in the past because it tasted rancid... will not buy this brand again!
