Definitely grind your own salt.
I've been using fresh ground herbs and spices on everything I cook and the difference is like night and day. Definitely grind your own salt.

Pink Salt Diet
I bought this to go with the pink salt diet. Nice and coarse and flavors good also. The price was very affordable. Can use this salt in some of my cooking meals.

I've been using Himalayan sea salt for many years if you're wondering what it taste like they wanted to ground up in your salt grinder. You don't know that it's Himalayan salt or whatever there is no difference in the flavor. It's not saltier. It's just right.

Definitely “for grinder use”
Works great with my battery powered grinder. Not to large of pieces to jam the mechanism, not to small that pass through without grinding. Just the right size. And, I'm assured of getting those trace minerals that Himalayan Pink Salt is known for, up to 84 different types of minerals, primarily; calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, and zinc. The Iron is mostly responsible for causing the pink color. … Nuff Sayd

I should have gotten the bigger bottle but experience is the best teacher this is a basic seasoning that anyone in the kitchen should have its better than just white salt but that's just one man's opinion

I am a big salt eater but I know it's not good for me. So about a year ago I switched to this pink salt. After about a month I had stopped using reg salt, now this is all I buy.

I am sure it would have been very good. But for the 3rd time this week Walmart delivered my groceries to the wrong address Now wait 72 hours for the Walmart team to approve my refunds. Not Happy!!
