McCormick Kosher Garlic Powder, 8.75 oz Bottle

I use this brand on all of my pasta dishes like rigatoni, spaghetti and penne dish. I tried to use another garlic spice and it did not come close to the flavor of McCormicks. I highly recommend this garlic spice. I believe the price paid is a good value.

The McCormick Kosher Garlic Powder, 8.75 oz Bottle has remained consistent over the years. Have been purchasing this brand of garlic powder for 25 years. The only noticeable change has been to the size or ounces of the containers (they keep getting smaller). Obviously, the price too. Have tried generic brands at times when McCormick wasn't available and always go back to this name brand. Use this seasoning on nearly everything cooked, the convenient, easy to use containers still last a very long time. McCormick is the go-to brand name if you cook with powdered garlic seasoning. [Not to be confused with McCormick Garlic SALT!]

I never thought I’d be writing a review about garlic powder… but here we are 😂 This one is actually REALLY good. The flavor is strong (in a good way), so you don’t have to dump half the bottle just to taste something. A little goes a long way, which my cooking (and my wallet) appreciates. I’ve used it on everything—meat, eggs, veggies—and suddenly I feel like a professional chef… or at least like I know what I’m doing 😅 Also, it’s super convenient. No peeling garlic, no sticky fingers, no smell that follows you for 3 business days. Definitely a kitchen staple. If you cook even a little, you need this.

Appreciate the size and quality. Taste is great and doesn't clump. Use it for most dishes we make. Try it on pita cut in triangles with a brush of olive oil. Bake in 350 oven till light golden. Serve with dips or alone with a salad. So good. Hummus is great with the chips too. A fairly economical, crunchy snack to serve at holiday time.

I use garlic and onion powder for almost everything! I season my eggs, meat, veggies, almost anything. I just wish they would make Organic garlic seasoning this size. That is the only reason why I stay buying this big container. Overall it’s pretty good.

I normally love this item - along with all the McCormick products. But for some reason, the bulk spices are too finely powdered. They are fine with use for soups and stews. But they cannot be used to season meat. They just sit on the surface of chicken, beef or fish. It has the consistency of talcum powder.

In the 25 plus pictures of this garlic powder it says it’s non-gmo. The product that arrived is not labeled as such. If you are looking for non-gmo garlic powder this is not it.
