McCormick Kosher Onion Salt, 5.12 oz Bottle

Unable to remove cap to remove paper seal. No way to access salt. I finally found a tool to punch access holes in seal so I could use salt. The holes turned out to be a bit too large so I have remind myself to go easy or else my food gets way too salty. Never had this problem before in 60 years of cooking!

I love real onions. But when you have those recipes that really dont have those pieces of onion in it. This gives you the taste, but not the onion its self. This is really good.

I love McCormick brand spices but haven't tried the Onion Salt until now. This is a now a staple in my kitchen- not only is there the added bonus of the salt, but you get the pungent flavor of onion without having to go through chopping a smelly onion that makes you teary-eyed in the process! I've used it in soups, stir-fry's and even as a last minute flavor enhancer on leftovers. It's delicious and best part is a little goes a long way so you're not having to waste a ton of product; a nice bang for your buck!

McCormick Onion Salt is my new go-to seasoning! It is very flavorful and really adds the perfect amount of onion flavor and salt to a dish. I really like that it can be used in such a large variety of dishes, making it an definite staple in my household. I am not a fan of chopping onions, so I love being able to use this to get that onion flavor. I also really like the lid on this bottle. It is very secure and prevents spills in my seasoning drawer!

Tried the McCormick onion salt, and it was really good. I personally love onions and this goes great with a lot of meals. Definitely do not need a lot and it seasons everything well. Does not give a super strong onion taste either. I really enjoy it.

I added this onion salt to my homemade buckwheat and veal dish, and it turned out amazing! It gives a rich onion flavor without being too salty. Just a little sprinkle makes the meal taste more balanced and flavorful. Definitely keeping this in my spice rack!

Thank you McCormick for sending me a free sample of your onion salt. I've seen it around in the store and although most of my dishes require salt and onions I've never actually purchased this. I for sure will in future. This has been great for sprinkling on burgers, grilled chicken breast and even a little in my eggs. Makes quick and simple dishes that much better. It's an easy way to add extra flavor to dishes.
