powerful taste, longer shelf life.
Dehydrated is the BEST way to go when you're looking for low sodium, low calories, and the most nutritional value without having to compromise for taste. This actually has the BEST taste to it because it's dehydrated which makes it have a longer shelf life %26 packs a nice punch for taste. I love using it with the curries that I make, as well as any other dishes that I am make. I'd recommend this before I'd go for any minced jarred garlic or fresh garlic, due to the longevity of the shelf life and powerful taste. Just remember to use a little less than you'd normally use because the taste is a bit more powerful than the minced jar stuff/fresh stuff.

I cannot mince garlic, and I don't want to wake up my food processor for some clothes so this works wonderfully and perfect. I use a little more to get the taste but still

i really like the ease of using dehydrated garlic for fast use in things like my ramen or stove top cooking, dehydrated garlic has all the same health benefits and still has a nice flavor

Good taste when you don't want to mince fresh
When I am lazy I use this instead of fresh garlic. It works in most of my recipes especially for my fried rice.

HAPPY.
I love this minced garlic. I used to find it in every store in BRONX NY. I can't find it any where. HELLO WALMART . Thanks. It's good on everything. It takes the place of real thing. Try it and save time in chopping.

There is no great value brand available so went with the name brand… Needed for homemade everything bagel mix, and for cooking. Should last a while…
