Don't trust the description
The salt itself is great. It's nice and fine, perfect for cooking and baking. However, the description is wrong for this product. It says 16oz but it's only a 10oz jar (you can see that in the photo if you look carefully; I did not when I ordered.)

The holes in the lid are too big for how fine the salt is, its basically like dumping it out of an open container without a shaker top. Consistency is more grainy like table salt than flaky like sea salt which makes it come out even faster and isn't very characteristic of sea salt. It's more useful if you just remove the second lid and scoop or pinch, otherwise it's super easy to over salt the food. I bought it for the price, but would rather pay more for proper sea salt with better packaging next time. That said, it was cheap and it isnt awful so it doesnt deserve less than 3 stars, but it isnt very much better than table salt. I would have given 4 stars if the packaging was less problematic.
