I like the cake molds other than the cakes did not rise evenly. I am not sure what I did to cause it. I might need to spray the whole molds with nonstick or maybe I overmixed the batter. I cut the tops even and flipped them over so all was fine.

These are nice to use for one serving in the air fryer, microwave or even on a rack in a slow cooker or pressure cooker. They compress together so store in a small area and clean easily in the dishwasher. I also put chips, nuts and other food items in them to take outside as they don't blow around.

My family loves Pineapple Upside Down cakes , but battle for those gooey sides. This fits a pineapple slice perfectly! Major tip: Make sure to grease/butter/spray each one or it can stick (no better or worse than a normal cake pan) ADJUST BAKING TIME! Check it on the 25min mark
