The pot is very tough and safe to use. It is rated non toxic and does not give you sticky or burnt foods. I am happy with my purchase.

The pan should be 9 inches, but only 9in at the top, gets smaller at the bottom. which is a weird shap for a cake pan, especially if im trying to layer a cake. ive already sprated the cake pans with non-stick spray so I cant return.
