(6 pack) Anchor Hocking Glass Loaf Pan, 1.5 Quart

I am a single person, and I use it for baking casseroles, cakes, and lasagna. I should have bought with a lid, but as long as you don't fill it too high, it's perfect every time.

This is my go-to baking pan when I'm making banana and pumpkin bread. It's amble sized; I can make 3 shorter loaves or 2 tall loaves of bread with a single batch recipe. They're easy to clean and haven't built up brown on the bottoms or sides from spraying them with non-stick spray. And I love how sturdy they are. I was washing one by hand this week and it slipped from my fingers and fell 8-10 inches into our stainless sink basin. I winced, just knowing that it had cracker or broken, but was so happy to see that there wasn't even a knick anywhere on it.

I ordered 2. These glass loaf pans has no toxic coating n beautiful! They're heavy n thick just how I like it n they're so economical! They were not wrapped in news paper or plastic bag which results in damages. Only 4 star cause one pan has 3 chips, deform n drunken words, n slightly bent side (see pics). The other has small deep scratch n lots of bubbles in glass handle. Having said that, I'm just grateful not have to line up for holliday shopping n have them ship to me so I'm going to keep them. Just please wrap those glass in newspaper or plastic wrap so they don't bang each other n chip. Thanks.

I am giving 2 stars for the wrong specs.I never used them. Be careful: the measurements are wrong.It's 9" long and NOT 12" as listed in the specifications. The measurements and not only wrong but also in the wrong order the page lists the following: "Assembled Product Dimensions (L x W x H) : 5.70 x 3.00 x 12.00 Inches" I was looking for big loaf pans and bought these thinking they were. They seem good,just too small for my needs.

It broke in my oven baking banana bread. Oven was not even at 325 degrees yet because I forgot to preheat. Pyrex was still doing great. What the heck! I have never had this happen. What a mess to clean up!

Was making banana bread in the oven and the dish exploded. Do not recommend for baking

I put my first ever homemade bread in the oven for 5 minutes at 375 and it exploded. Just wow

I was really excited to have glass loafs to cook with. My banana bread wasn't even in half way done and it exploded in my oven. Now I have to wait for it to cool down so I can clean everything up.

They were stacked together and busted I cut my hand taking them out of the bag

The dimensions given are NOT correct. It reads 5.70 x 3.00 x 12.00 Inches when in actuality it measures 5.50 x 3.00 x 11.50 so it is TOO small for what my recipe calls for. It is misleading and INCORRECT. Do NOT order if you actually need a large loaf pan. Mine will be returned.
