Griddle works well make sure you season it before use pizza oven is great just keep an eye on it and rotate pie often as it cooks very quickly

The BakerStone Portable Pizza Oven/Griddle Combo is all you need for your next camping trip or backyard function! We used it to make pizzas when the kids dropped by Friday night and then easily switched out the oven to the griddle to cook burgers to finish off our dinner that night. Just hook up to your propane tank and you’re good to go! I can’t wait to take this on our next camping trip as well! It got up to temperature quickly and cooked pizza from raw dough in just minutes! Can’t beat this for the price! I will be ordering a few for Christmas gifts as well!

Hosted my daughter's birthday party and made 10 small to medium sized pizzas back-to-back. I was worried that it would take forever because the weather was cold, but the oven box gets very hot and both sides were cooked perfect every time. Haven't used the griddle yet but so far I'm impressed!

As a person who sells professional pizza equipment and understands pizza and the way it cooks, for $247 - this is an absolute bargain. While this oven can accommodate a 12” pie - if you're just learning how to make pizza - I'd make a 230-250 gram dough ball and make 10 to 11 inch pies because the oven cavity is very tight. There is a 1” air gap in the back where the burner chars the crust - you'll need a turning peel to rotate the pies about 25-30 seconds after you put the pie in the oven for even cooking. The stone takes about 20 minutes to get hot. I like to cook my pizza in the low 600s so I turned the flame to low. I think this outperformed the Ooni oven I borrowed from a buddy for a block party. I think this a great piece of outdoor cooking equipment as it also comes with the griddle!!! (That I haven't used yet either). I would recommend this to anyone looking for something within a low budget, loves and has an interest in pizza, or someone who knows pizza but wants to experiment with recipes. The folding legs are very convenient too. There are a few minor things but for under $300 it still makes this a 5 star purchase. Very tight deck, igniter is a little inconsistent - have a lighter to play it safe, but that's really it. Absolute home run.

My husband and I were originally looking to purchase a griddle for camping trips that was easy to carry and store at home. We came upon this BakerStone Pizza Oven/Griddle combo and decided to give it a shot. I’ve seen other pizza ovens at friends houses that were much more expensive, so I was excited to give this one a try and were shocked at the performance. It took about 20 minutes to heat up and after that we were baking pizzas in under three minutes. Crust was perfectly baked, and the toppings thoroughly cooked, I never thought pizza could be so easy and convenient. What was originally going to be a camping item is now a staple in our back patio! Trying out the griddle met our expectations as well, we cooked smash burgers that our kids love, and they cooked just like they do on our grill in a large cast iron pan. Needless to say, we won’t be doing the pan thing anymore. This BakerStone product does it all, it’s going to be used a lot at home and we can’t wait to try it out camping as well.

this pizza oven is awesome, compact amd super easy to put together. had it assembled in 20 minutes. cant wait to bring it camping to make breakfast in the morning on the griddle amd pizza for dinner in the pizza oven. used it the forst day i got it for pizza and absolutely love it.

I was online looking at the Blackstone accessory packs when this popped up on my screen. We needed a portable griddle for camping and this had the added bonus of a pizza oven so I read the reviews and watched a few videos. Easy to assemble and takes a full size gas tank, not the small ones like some of the portable Blackstones. Took about 20 mins to heat up. Depending on your preference, it takes about 6 minutes to cook a pizza on low heat. If it's just cheese, we usually turn the heat up and takes about 3 mins. You do have to turn the pizzas about every 30 seconds to ensure it cooks evenly. It has a smoky, wood fired taste that is delicious. Even cheap Pillsbury dough tastes good. We are never buying a pizza again and we'll be the envy of the campgrounds. My only suggestion would be that they include a peel in the box. We're lucky we had the Blackstone spatulas but we're definitely on the hunt for a good pizza peel.

Cannot give a solid rating as this was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. It is very heavy and solidly built and I am sure it will give many years of service.
