[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this carpet cleaner. It saves me so much time by only having to push it to clean and pool to dry. He does a great job with cleaning. The spot cleaner is easy as well. Using the attachment to clean chairs, beds, anything with the extension was easy to use, and did a great job as well. It is so easy to clean after using. It comes apart very easily clean each compartment. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to save time and clean carpets.

I had my wool area rug cleaned a few weeks before I got the smart wash pet complete and it honestly looked the same after he was done. I either had to get a new one or take it in for 300.00 to the shop. I saw the ad for this and read reviews and figured I may as well try! It looks 95% better! Easy to use and attachments are right there. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner! If it can get stains out of wool rug it will do even better on carpet!

I love this Shampooer works great!! Easy to fill and empty the dirty water I shampooed my dinning Room and living room still had shampoo left in the container. Cleanup just as easythis carpet is from 1989!!

There isn't a scent to this, bleached the sample bottles of solution aren't bad at all. I am so extremely impressed by this. I rent. The carpet is at least 20 years old. It's also the ugly dandy color that seems standard with homes in the state that I'm residing in. I can't even spot clean the carpet in my room without it turning ugly. I'm including pictures. This machine works wonders! I'm going to have to hit up a certain area on my carpet again because it's shot and even though i got it all clean it's dirty bc the pad underneath is nasty. No they won't replace it, they'll just charge me wear and tear on this old carpet when i move out eventually. I have inspections bi-annually, fun right? This is easy to assemble and use, and to disassemble to clean. That was the part i didn't like- the rollers were gross. Anyway I'm including before and after pics. I can only include 5 y'all, but this thing really works!

This shampooer has 1 of the larger water holding tanks of the rug shampooers I evaluated. it is very easy to use.

My rug is white and fluffy so it gets dingy looking pretty fast. I use this shampooer weekly at night while everyone is going to bed so it can dry completely by the morning. This shampooer does an amazing job at getting my rug looking fresh and clean. You can definitely see all the dirt by the darkness of the dirty water that it is pulling up off the rug. I am so glad I went with this specific model. Worth the purchase.

Great machine!!! Easy to use and easy to clean afterwards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easily assembled. I love the spot cleaner for my jack russell's accidents. The suction is great which significantly reduces drying time. It is great on heavily trafficked areas

We have had this not very long. The lid always leaked and today it just sprung apart. A piece sprung out and we can't find it. I really need a replacement part for this.

1st one leaked dirty water out of the back motor housing. The detergent container leaked through the unit as well. Very dangerous to have liquids getting into areas where there should not be liquid. Returned it and got a replacement. 2nd one the box looks like its been sitting out in the sun for weeks. The ink on the top is all faded. Opened it up and the seal for the water intake under the dirty water tank was extremely malformed, badly enough that the unit will definitely leak if I use it. Returned it and ordered a 3rd replacement. Waiting on the 3rd one now...
