It seems like a really solid product which makes it a no-brainer with its smart functionality and easy to clean parts. It's from a big brand that has warranties and supports its products. And while it might be Overkill for me now, be a great product for the years to come. Able to tackle any deeply seated mess

This carpet cleaner is amazing! We have 2 little Yorkies that were very hard to potty train and had urine stains on very light tan carpet. The Hoover Smartwash Pet Complete took every stain out and it now looks like the day we got it! It's so easy to use and assemble and we love how every part is labeled so you know what goes where. It's also very easy to clean! We love it!

it does seem at first a little more bulky than some of your other ones but to be honest the scrub power the suction power and the heating element works perfectly. I have six dogs two of them being seniors and with the attachments and how excellent the shampooer was for the price you couldn't beat it. remember use recommended carpet shampoo in them don't just put any clean chemicals in it that definitely damages machines

i highly recommend this hoover SmartWash pet its a very good machine i can do my living room and hallway with out dumping the dirty water and refilling it i love this machine it is not that loud at all its quieter than the rug doctor mighty pro x3 i had the rug doctor never did a good job like this machine does

I was skeptical at first because I had grown to love Hoover because of the circular motion of the brushes. My carpet hadn't been done in way too long and hadn't been done since I got my puppy. Shampooers have come a long way in 6 years! It has two beater bars, not just one and when it says it can dry in 30 minutes it can. It is heavy, but it is easy to use. I like that every product has its own separate dispenser in the machine. The machine dispenses while pushing forward and dries when you pull backward. There is a "dry only" button and then it pulls water out of the carpet, no dispensing , It heats up and pulls any remaining water out. No more oversoaking the carpet. No waste of product. It is easy to tear down to clean and just as easy to put back together. It cleaned up over a year of puppy accidents, and high traffic areas of people and animals. My carpet looks brand new. I couldnt be happier with my choice of another Hoover and I highly recommend it.

There isn't a scent to this, bleached the sample bottles of solution aren't bad at all. I am so extremely impressed by this. I rent. The carpet is at least 20 years old. It's also the ugly dandy color that seems standard with homes in the state that I'm residing in. I can't even spot clean the carpet in my room without it turning ugly. I'm including pictures. This machine works wonders! I'm going to have to hit up a certain area on my carpet again because it's shot and even though i got it all clean it's dirty bc the pad underneath is nasty. No they won't replace it, they'll just charge me wear and tear on this old carpet when i move out eventually. I have inspections bi-annually, fun right? This is easy to assemble and use, and to disassemble to clean. That was the part i didn't like- the rollers were gross. Anyway I'm including before and after pics. I can only include 5 y'all, but this thing really works!

This thing is absolutely amazing. You just gotta remember to take your time.Don't go fast make sure to go over it completely just in dry mode.....my stuff dried within an hour. i saw that some people had issues with the solution container.Leaking. mine did that the first time and then when I put it back on.I really pushed it down and that's what sealed it. The Ease of use is insanely awesome.Yet what's even better is cleaning it?It's a breeze. If you have carpet in your house , especially pets, buy this machine

I love how easy the carpet cleaner is. It automatically switches between soap and rinse with the simple push and pull movement. The clean up is soo easy and all the parts come out easily for washing and I am optimistic that replacement parts are available. Love that my kids can help run this one without stressing over a mess.

This is my third rug cleaner. In the past I have always bought Bissell but the lower Walmart price hooked me and the reviews for the cleaner were very good. I have used it to clean my living room and family room. The unit is much lighter than the Bissell. I found it easier to use with a wider cleaning area. I have a dog who is a good boy but he drools and rolls around on the carpet so we were getting a little doggy smelling. I was horrified at how much hair and dirt came out of the rugs even after vacuuming. I wasn't too keen on the Hoover shampoo but it was free with the machine. Overall I would recommend the Hoover.

It's hard to rate this item because all the parts didn't work. The cleaner did its job, very well, love not having to push a button, but I was more excited to use the spot cleaner. Which spit out one small stream of liquid. And then didn't spray again. I tried over and over for hours, I have reached out to customer service for a replacement handle, so we'll see how that goes.
