This set has everything you need for yoga. It has a thick mat, a yoga mat towel, 2 blocks, 1 knee pad (very thick), a strap , and a hand towel. Would recommend. It also has lots of colors and it is a very good price for all you get.
I got it because of the color choices. The purple is very vibrant. The mat is a decent length and has nice cushioning. I use it for stretching after workouts. The bricks are perfect for me bc I am not very flexible so they help me to achieve a deeper stretch with support.
Everything came as it should. Super thick mat! Not uneven like I've gotten in the past. The blocks so much easier to do my stretchs from c section recovery.

Color is beautiful. Great deal for your money. I love how thick it is hope it maintains that after plenty of use HOWEVER I do not recommend using outside of your home, it is not slip proof.
I was shocked that when I touched the mat my fingernails went right into the mat and cut it, if it had been any thinner it would have broken it going all the way through it and I don't have long nails at all.
I did not recieve this product, even though it says it was delivered 5 days ago.. I can't even give a real review on the product, just that I feel ripped off and upset.
