The item is nice and feels pretty sturdy. It's light enough to easily move, but heavy enough to support bench and chest presses and it works well with the squat cage. For the money, the Lite Balance Form bench is great. The one con is that the tongue that holds up the back seems a bit small. However, with any weight on it, it will not move or come out.

Brought this for my 15yr old son and he loves it. He is working out everyday now. This bench is very sturdy and comfortable. I'm 226lbs and I have no issues at all when I use it. I love how I can adjust the back. I personally don't like laying down while lifting weights so I can easily adjust the back to sit straight up. Feels really good on my back. It's also very easy to assemble. Took me only 45mins to an hour. Overall I give it 5 stars and more.

Amazing bench at a reasonable price! Very stable. Assembly is easy, and took around 30 minutes only. All parts provided and good quality. Bench is sturdy and is very comfortable to use. Wide seats so suitable for all dumbell exercises.

I got a Regular sized bench and it arrived in a pretty good packing. The bench was easy to assemble and the instructions were pretty straightforward. I was able to assemble it all by myself in about 45 mins. I've used it for about a week now and its awesome. I'm 5'10" and there's more headspace left for bigger people. I think it should easily fit people upto 6'2". The bench itself is very sturdy and it has managed to hold up heavy weights. I'm happy to have waited for this bench rather than purchasing one from Amazon though they had faster shipping options. With the current tight shipping options I think this was worth the wait and its worth every penny spent. The bench has a neat look too and has wider seats to accomodate people of all shapes and sizes. Its even better than the bench you find in gyms. Purchase this with no worry or hassle. You wont regret.

Very sturdy, lightweight and square (not wobbly). I'm actually very pleased with this purchase. I mean, look at the price of some other benches, especially rated at 600 lbs. It's simply a bench, and nothing more. Why pay more? Check out the YouTube review by Garage Gym Reviews if you don't think this thing is tough.

Even though I read the reviews for this bench before I bought it I was honestly surprised by how sturdy it was. This bench is amazing and I can't BELIEVE the PRICE!!!!!!!! Easy to assemble. I can't say enough, don't spend hundreds get this bench!!!!!!!!

Overall, this is a good product for the money. However, there is not enough space between the bottom and upper cushion to allow for a 90° positioning of the upper cushion relative to the lower one. In this position, it causes bulging out of of the fabric overlying the lower cushion. This raises some concerns about durability in that case. Otherwise, for the price paid, it is reasonable.

I bought this for my husband. It feels well built and it is what he was looking for. Only gave it 4 stars because unfortunately, the box was damaged in transit and it is missing some hardware but once that is addressed it would be 5 stars.

The box it came in looked like a crumpled piece of paper. And because there was no internal product protection, ie bubble wrap or foam, the heavy metal pieces were slammed against each other. The seat was damaged by this. I'm am awaiting a reply from customer service for a replacement seat but they have not responded yet. I'll be taking it back to Walmart if they don't respond..

The bench itself is pretty decent. Mine arrived with a ripped back rest. I emailed support, whose contact info was inside the packing mind you. I told them about the rip and asked for a replacement back rest. Their response was that they no longer sell the bench and to contact Walmart about a refund. They did not take ANY additional steps to try to rectify the situation. The brand lost me as a customer and I have purchased their equipment before.
