Quality bumper plates. The colors are great. I was lucky I was able to find them in stock. Ordered four yellow (25 lb) plates and four white plates (10 lb) primarily for deadlifts using my Rogue barbell. Shipping was fast! Love the high quality steel hub. I also appreciate that when you slam them on the floor, they aren't noisy. you can quietly get the workout done when your kids are asleep ;) highly recommend!!
Ordering, Shipping and Price far exceeded my expectations. I have no doubts that these Everyday Essentials Color Coded Olympic Bumper Plates, 45 lbs will be a GREAT product for my home gym. Guaranteed they will perform extremely well as they look and feel well built. Without hesitation, I would recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase 45 lb Color Coded Olympic Bumper Plates. I recently purchased 2x10's, 2x15's 2x 25's, 2x45's of the Everyday Essentials Color Coded Olympic Bumper Plates which far exceeded my expectations as well. Just waiting for the 2x35's to become available to complete my set.
Decent size and served for the purpose I wanted. Overall as the description says they're not meant to be stand alone weights on a bar if you're for example deadlifting. I did try to deadlift with just a ten plate on each side. It didn't cause any immediate damage to the weight plates but overtime I can imagine them breaking.
Absolutely LOVE these plates! Bought them since the gyms closed down for a small garage gym, Im huge on deadlifts and these are perfect to use with mats to protect the garage floors. Sturdy plates, metal ring these are a great alternative for anyone trying to find good weightlifting plates for fraction of the price of any big named retailer.
For reference i have plates from fringe sports as a comparison. During this pandemic just trying to get plates from anyone who has availability. I do like how these plates are color coded. The rubber does seem a little bit harder and less pliable compared to fringe sports plates. They do seem to not slide off my bar as easily compared to fringe sports plates. Would totally buy more if i needed more.
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice these bumper plates are for the price. They fit perfect on my Olympic size barbell and made of very durable material. Its a great addition to my home gym! Highly recommend these plates for anyone who lifts. Save the money and buy these. You wont regret it.
I ordered 2 sets of the 160 Lbs and 1 set of the 370 Lbs, for about $1.00 per Lb. They never shipped! Called Walmart CS after 2 weeks and spent an hour on the phone trying to get a refund. I knew it was too good to be true. Way too cheap for bumper plates. Idk if this is a scam or what, but I expect better from Walmart's website.
These 55LB plates are breaking after a month. See attached pictures. Every different size plate is made with different diameters. The red is the tallest, the yellow is the next, the blue is next, and white is the shortest. So, when they are on a barbell, the red is the only plate that is touching the ground since the other plates are smaller. The red are breaking but the others have not.
Walmart online system is the worst I have seen, and their representative via Live chat are the worst as well. I placed ordered on 8/1 and I confirmed with them on 8/25 why there is no tracking number, and the rep told me this is totally fine. I reached out to the customer rep again 3 days later, and then they told me actually this is not normal, and told me the ordered has been cancelled because of their system problem and there is nothing they can do. I have to wait until they have this in stock so I can re-order. What a customer service! Walmart, you just lost a customer.
If I could give 0 stars and still write a review, I would. My package purchased online through the Walmart app was marked delivered on 1/8/25 but was never actually delivered. Walmart told me to wait 2 business in case it was still on its way which I did. When I still did not receive the package, I looked at the listing/seller further and saw evidence of fake/deceptive reviews on the product (which after I mentioned it to Walmart were magically fixed on the listing causing the scam to be even more convincing) and many, many people reporting that they have been scammed by the seller. I asked for a refund, was told it would take up to 10 business days to receive, and still never received it by the 11th business day. I again had to contact Walmart and was told I would have to wait several days to hear back from anyone about a resolution. Once I told them I was going to just dispute the charge if I was going to have to wait that long again, they say someone will reach out within 24 hrs. Out of courtesy and hoping for proper customer service, I wait the 24 hrs and receive an email that my refund was initiated and will take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Are you kidding?!?! This seller that Walmart allows through their app is obviously a scam, but at the very least negligent. I have waited a month now to receive back over $200 for a product that I never received and now I am being told I have to wait longer?!?! It is not only ridiculous that Walmart allow this kind of seller on their website, but even worse that Walmart doesn't take accountability and resolve the issue. The amount of hoops I've had to jump through, times I have had to make contact, and length of time I've had to wait is unacceptable. I will never be purchasing products online through Walmart again and will be telling others the same because you can obviously not trust that they work with trustworthy sellers or that they will resolve issues properly.
