BalanceFrom Stair Climber Commercial Grade Stair Stepper Machine for Cardio and Lower Body Workouts

I've been wanting a stair climber to complete my home gym but they're usually pretty expensive. When I seen this for the price I had to have it. I made an impulsive buy and immediately regretted it. But then I started thinking about how I really wanted one. It arrived to my house in 2 days, when it initially said 2 weeks. Go Walmart! It did arrive in a large wooden crate and the delivery drivers were patient while I moved my car out and then they dropped it off inside my garage. My husband was intrigued with the packaging and immediately grabbed his extra large flat head screw driver and a hammer. Took him about 15 minutes to get inside the crate. This equipment is heavy so we worked together to push it to the door to get it inside the house. It was about 2 inches too wide to get inside. So he took off the two outside panels, a tip I got from a guy's review on YouTube. The side panels have about 6 screws a piece, with one being under the bottom of the stairs. He used a drill to get them out. Taking the panels off made it a nearly perfect fit. The rubber feet stuck out just a bit but since they're rubber we were able to push them pass the door pane. Once we got it inside the house and inside our home gym, the remainder of the set up was about 35 minutes, including putting the side panels back on. The cord is not very long so I had to grab an extension cord, no biggie. But once I hopped on it felt just like the ones at the big gym down the street. Beast of a workout and I love it!!! Works perfectly!! If you're on the fence, go ahead and buy it! You won't regret it.

Because the price was 50% of retail and no competitors came clos to that pricing. Quality is great. We are a volunteer fire department and having this product for our members is crucial.

The machine works well, not as sturdy as a commercial grade machine but works all the same. The delivery was a major issue. Said it would arrive on one day but took almost a week later.

Gym quality stair master for a fair price. Heavy. Sturdy. Not too big. The only dislike I have is the heart rate monitor isn't accurate. Aside from that it's a great product. I also like how when you're finished the stairs don't have any ‘wobble' or loose ‘play' in them. The stairs stay still as you get on and off the machine. Also as I'm working out the stairs move with ease and handle my weight without any shaking. The machine stays still the entire time. This machine doesn't feel cheap at all. I weigh 225 and am 5'11”. My ceilings are 10ft tall. So far everything about this seems like a great value. Most gym name brand machines sell for $3000-$5000. For only $1499 $80 (4yr Warranty) you can't beat this price.

Angi sucks!!! Don't buy this item! Angi puts the the work in a pool and random people pick the job, with no skills in installing the product. I paid for installation but Angi will only send 2 people to install this 400lb item. Twice 2 people were sent to install it and they indicated they could not lift the item out the box. Angi told me I can cancel my assembly and they will refund me my money. Then they will send me to their sales office to pay for assembly by more than 2 people. WHAT?? I already paid for installation. Why have Angi as a installation option, when they cant do the job and are trying to swindle more money out of Walmart customers. DO BETTER WALMART! Your customers deserve to have quality installers and not random unskilled individuals looking for a part time job, assembling their products. And then trying to swindle more money out of your customers.

I bought this item back in 12.2024 and this machine is already broke not even a full year $1000 gone .The stairs just stopped going . I am 180 lbs so I know it's not because of heavy weight well under weight limit . Been trying to get help with manufacturer under the “two-year warranty” but have gotten nowhere since the beginning of August and they have not resolved the issue yet and the last message I received was that they are waiting to hear back on how to help. That was 3 weeks ago and no follow up and when I reach out for an update no response . A total waste Will never buy anything from this manufacturer again.

One star because it's so heavy it's still in crate in garage not in my home gym as requested multiple times. It showed up wrong day after I wasted an entire beautiful day for your people to tell me it was lost. Worst shopping experience I have ever had in my entire 40 years. Never again ever … can't respond to quality cause I haven't been able to use it ..

The exercise machine itself is nice, not too bulky, fits well in small spaces. But let me begin how this all fell apart. For starters I paid the additional 159$ third party Angi for them to have a crew assemble it. They came out %26 took forever just to cut open the pallet. The machine was only exposed 50% %26 immediately they told me, this has to stay in your garage btw, it won't fit through the doors. Before they could finish I told them to stop, forget it, I'll get a refund. There's no way I'm keeping this machine in my garage in TX heat. My husband %26 his friend ended up finishing the dismantling of the pallet just to test whether it could fit through the doors, AND IT DID. Machine is about 33-34in wide. they used a dolly %26 were able to bring it in. NOW let's talk about how this was packaged. the screen/display was resting on the stairs, which caused the wires to stayed bent the entire time, it tore!! with broken/ripped wires, the machine is useless. I called Walmart, they told me to call the company for warranty but when I did, they told me they do not cover dmg'd items upon delivery. I had to talk to 4 diff walmart reps for them to finally process a return!! I got my $ back from Angi (what a waste) %26 finally from Walmart. I'm sure this climber would have been awesome but theres always a high risk of dmg'd deliveries, and whats the point of warranty when crap like this happens.
