These plates are very well-made, sturdy, heavy duty…great handles. My only regret is that I think Walmart has discontinued. Most of them. I know they've got smaller sets …which is great, but I like the larger doubles better. The plates are very durable cosmetically appealing they ship expediently…. very well packaged. Always arrive on time and intact. Walmart actually has a very good product ….once again… I wish they would carry more of them. I have bought a couple more sets of them.😉 I recommend this product, hands-down, five stars, Im really hoping to buy more in my future🏋️‍♀️

So far So Good - this is an excellent addition to my home gym. The added 2 inch clamps made the purchase even better. The weigh is approximately a dollar a pound - you cannot go wrong with this purchase unless you accidently drop and break a plate. Thank you Balancefrom.

I've used this weight set for a few months and it works great. I don't really have any complaints. This is a great beginner set because you can grab a pair of 1 inch Dumbbell handles and these weights will fit on the dumbells.

I've purchased many types of weight plates over the years, Olympic plates, rubberized plates, and even the old plastic‑concrete ones from Sears. After an unfortunate situation forced me to let my equipment go, I'm rebuilding my weight set again, this time smarter. These Walmart plates are the best I've bought so far. They're thinner than other brands, and the built‑in handles make them easy to grip and perfect for isolated exercises. Two thumbs up.

Perfect for home gym. Enough weight to be barbell workout or just hold a plate to do your exercises. Takes up to little or no room which is important for home gyms. The bar comes in 3 pieces. Easy to assemble, just screw together. Bar has grip to hold your hands in place when you get sweaty.

i've left reviews about this particular brand of weights before I'm replacing all of my enamel coated cap weights with these black cast-iron plates. I love the classic look. They're very durable. The handles are extremely user-friendly and the plates are really nice. I have bought several packs as well as sets of these weights and I'm changing everything over to them. I prefer these all over all the other weights that I've had. The price is great. The value is awesome. They get here on time through FedEx which I love FedEx. I'm not gonna pretend like I don't they're great. They always deliver my things on time and intact once again the product is amazing

i have about 4 different brands of plates for my garage gym and by far all the equipment by balancefrom have been my favorite and what i've recommended to friends. price wise they are the most reasonable and affordable I've found for new weights and they hold up the best. the coating on the plates themselves is pretty solid, so none of them have chipped around the edges. Handles make it a lot easier to load weight, especially for deadlift, because you can use the handle as a spot to grab as well as a buffer between the actual plates so you aren't annoyingly smashing your fingers at 4 or 5 plates.

Weights will come with some small chips most likely due to the way they are shipped and some weights won't be painted all that well but they are for lifting, not for looking pretty.

I am amazed at the quality of these plates. I regret not buying more when they were on sale. I used to buy the weider 25lb hammertone plates, and I can't find them anymore. But these plates are a great alternative. The material is not clear coated like the weider plates, but I think they do have a painted anti-rust coating. It doesn't leave a residue, doesn't have any sharp edges, the handles are easy to grip, and the plates have no smell. It fits an olympic 2inch barbell perfectly.

I purchased this item for my son to be used with his workout rack, but I'm not able to use all the weights on the barbell because the bolts to hold the weights in doesn't fit snug nor gives enough room to allow all the weights to be applied to the barbell. It just cannot be done.
