The wiring instructions were NOT CLEAR. ALL THEY HAD TO DO was color tag the wires so that you match up the colors for connecting. Instead it was EXTREMELY confusing.

We love this addition to our back patio. It puts off heat and we've been making s'mores.

Great product and a great value. Pretty easy assembly too! Highly recommend

Good value for the money

This is a great value for the price. We choose it due to how nice it looks and fits in with our outdoor furniture, and the smaller size is just right for our space. It doesn't take up too much room or dominate the space. The only complaint we have is that -- sometimes -- it doesn't ignite properly, so we need to turn the gas on and use a fireplace lighter to get it going, sort of like you'd need to do on a gas stove top that wasn't igniting right away. Since this doesn't happen often, we're okay with it but it's something to consider, and it might just be that ours is a bit off and that it's not a common problem. But we are enjoying using it overall. We bought on sale for under $100, so it was a great deal compared to other similar models. Putting it together was also uncomplicated.

The door only had a magnet on the top nothing on the bottom otherwise I would have given it a five.

the igniter quite working within 2 days so we light with a lighter.

Item arrived damaged. I reached out to the seller twice with no response. Because the seller failed to respond I can not get any sort of partial refund since it's fully assembled and the damaged is to the top which you don't see until it's assembled and you flip it over. And in order to get a refund from Walmart I have to unassemble it and tote this large box into the store. Sooooo frustrating!

Product is great, but customer service unacceptable. Paid to have it assembled and no one came. Tried calling Walmart C.S., but couldn't help me. Directed me to called contracted company and couldn't reach them. Too much of an ordeal that I had to hire someone else to do the job 2-3 weeks later as I was missing out on opportunities to use fire pit during cold snaps. Very disappointed. Will have to try to get refund for assembly fee, but dread the red tape/hassle of attempting it. Feel refund on expense of fire pit would be good move to restore my good opinion of Walmart customer service.

you have to take the firepit indoors if the weather is freezing out. who wants a firepit that can't be used in the cold months.
