Bar-B-Que Black, Rust-Oleum High Heat Protective Enamel Paint- 7778502, Quart

This is an excellent paint that i used for the inside of my fireplace. the coverage is great and the color is a perfect Matte Black. after using the fireplace several times it has held up remarkably. I am totally satisfied with this paint and i highly recommend.

Rust-O-leum will never let me down. I never choose the competition because I always know how my projects will turn out as long as I use quality products. Heat paint works on every surface but holds up incredibly to high heat.

This product went on easy, dried great, it was smooth and durable. It adhered to the surface and filled in where needed.

The paint worked very well. I was a little concerned at first because the advertisement showed that the paint could withstand temperatues up to 1200°F but when I received the actual paint from my online walmart order, the paint can listed that the paint can only withstand tempeatures up to 1000°F. Still, I used the paint and so far, it has worked well on my bbq pit.

Received my paint when I open the box the can was inside a plastic Zip loc bag with paint on the inside of the bag contacted seller to return or refund

This product is very thin and does not spread well, which leads to a BIG mess which is no fun to clean up. It takes forever to dry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT Take the extra time to mask and use a spray

I used this product on my husband's smoker, and first let me say I'm not a novice painter by any means, and have painted pitts and smokers before with other products. This stuff is HARD to use! I followed the directions to a T however my wet line wouldn't disappear even when paint was dry. After using my own technique ( and ALL the paint) I did finally get a smooth finish. I was very happy with the end result……. UNTIL I fired up the pit! It all bubbled up and flaked off ! I have never had this happen before and after all my hard work I now have to scrape what is left off and start all over again with a better product . If you want to get a pit paint , save yourself the heartache and get the spray kind ! I honestly think they should give me money back on this, but that still won't help me having to redo this project
