As soon as my daughter saw this, she shouted, “I love it! I'm so excited!” and ran to the rest of the family to show them what she received. She stated that her favorite colors are pink and purple, which are the colors of the Barbie, although her favorite color was yellow a few days ago and green a few days before that. She named her Barbie immediately. I like that it's kind of vague - like it can be a Princess, a mermaid, or a fairy, but I don't know if I like it at the same time. My six year old loves the colorful hair and accessories for this Barbie! She was excited about her also having a “bathing suit” on under her skirt! She said that the only thing that would make this Barbie better would be if her hair would glow in the dark!
