Barbie Signature Tina Turner Barbie Doll in ‘90s Fashion, Gift for Collectors

This doll is beautifully done! It resembles Tina a lot. Shipping could have been better. They shipped her in a padded envelope so the plastic display box got bent a little. Not too happy about that. All else ok, so glad I got her for my granddaughter!!

I absolutely adore this doll. I typically collect a more adult oriented brand but I couldn’t resist this. I didn’t bother checking the doll forum or anything. I knew I would love her. I can’t wait until I find an “Ike” for my diorama. Your shipping is horrendously slow so I ordered elsewhere.

Just received my Tina Barbie in the mail today, she’s beautiful! I’m so happy with my purchase. I’ll never open this box!! This was a birthday present to myself, I couldn’t be happier.

I was dissatisfied with the package of the Tina Turner doll. The outer plastic box was scratch and torn on the side. The backside if the packaging was scraped and bent. The bottom of the box was loosely held by tape. The inner cardboard closing tab was no longer intact.

Came boxed, wrapped and required signature, mint condition, excellent. However mic fell out of her hand ... when it was sat up😖

The doll seems fine. However, the box/case that it came in is broken. Very frustrating for a collectors item to have its display box arrive this way. Probably because it was packed with tissue around it and then in a bubble bag instead of an actual box that would have protected it. Very disappointing.

I love the doll but the box it came in was damaged. I was sent a return label to return it but I don’t have transportation to go to ups. That is why I don’t order on line. This is the first time I’ve had a problem as I order all the time.

The seller shipped a damaged item to me in the mangled box it came in even though it was taped back in the box. Item was marked "NEW" it was a lie.

I ordered the Tina Turner Barbie doll as a gift for a relative. It was delivered to my home in a plastic bag with bubble lining. When I took the doll out of the bag, the doll's box, which is made of mostly a somewhat-hard plastic, had a big crack in it and her microphone dislodged from her hand. I contacted Customer Service, they told me to ship the doll back with a free shipping label, which I did, and they told me they would ship out a replacement doll in a cardboard box once they received the doll. They did receive the doll, which they confirmed, but they never sent out a replacement doll. I contacted customer service again, and the rep I messaged said that there was some problem with the information directed to the warehouse, so the replacement doll was stuck there and not being shipped out. I asked for a supervisor, which the rep was delaying getting me, but finally did after I asked about 7 times for one, and the supervisor told me that the replacement would be shipped out in 72 hours and I would receive a shipping confirmation at that time. The manager assured me this would happen. It's almost 72 hours now and I have not seen any activity on this order. If this doesn't happen, I'm just going to cancel the order and buy it from somewhere else. This has been so frustrating. I did everything I was supposed to to facilitate this, but Walmart customer service has not been helpful and their people were telling me different things. They need to get their act together. If you need help from Customer Service - you won't get it. You'll only get frustration.
