i been taking my vitamin with iron i love them they have everything i need in them and right amounts best i have found the capsules are a little big so i definitely take water with them i gave them 5 stars as a bariatic patient they have worked wonders for my functions

Ever since I started taking the multivitamins I feel a lot better, l don't have any after taste.The size of the vitamins are ok for me I don't have any trouble swallowing.
I really enjoy this as an alternative to the sickening sweet chews. I detest fake sugar flavors. This is much easier.
