I haven't used it yet since it's winter here in Michigan. I'm sure everything will be fine because it is very well built. I love the idea of the air up tires will be nice when hauling it to the dump station. In reviews i read that getting the sewer hose onto the ends was difficult to assemble, the instructions made it easy by this tip heat the plastic sewer line up with a hair dryer and by stretching it over the hard plastic ends made it easy. I included pictures of the air up tires. I purchased the 25 gallon tote even that my holding tank is 32gallon because i was worried about the hight of the tank would be to high for me to freely fill the tank up without the dump hose getting backed up while filling tote. This tote comes with a 2 year warranty.
I was very pleased with the quality of the product both materials and construction. Works well exactly as advertised.
It was easy to assemble, I aired up the tires and it worked just like it was supposed to.
It was great! I received my product before its due date and had shipping details available to from the start
Bough this to augment the tanks on my camper and to eliminate the $9 a week charge for emptying the tanks by the park owners. Primarily bough this because it has the inflated wheels. Does a great job and tows very nicely, the inflated wheels make a big difference. The 25 gallon size is just right, not to big and bulky to handle and big enough to hold a weeks worth of fluids.
works great! we use it all summer at our off grid camp site on river. we have atv to pull it yo a nearby clean out. not one problem!
I've used this Barker 25-gallon tow-behind waste tank for about two months now at campgrounds without full hookups, and it's been a solid purchase overall. The wheels roll smoothly even when the tank is full, which makes a huge difference when you're hauling 200 pounds of waste. The tow handle is sturdy and at a comfortable height. The tank itself seems well-constructed with thick walls, and the 3-inch valve drains quickly at the dump station. Assembly was straightforward—took me maybe 15 minutes with basic tools.
Easy to use, easy to haul. Only issue is its not easy to completely empty. The wheels, and handle make it easier than the 2 wheel tanks
Several things to consider, the unit is quite a bit heavier than I expected, making it a bit harder to load and unload from the bed of my pickup. My bumper pull camper, when parked at a level site, is too low at the tank discharge connection, for this tank to fit under to empty my tanks. This portable tank is extremely well designed, having 4 wheels make it simple to move, everything is well thought out in its design.
Wheels and axel fell off the first time it was lifted for dumping. Turned upside down to put wheels back on and both paddle handles broken off and tether strap broken and axel still is not back on. I don't think it was assembled correctly at the factory. Metal axel pressure snaps into plastic on underside and only one side pushes in and other side is loose.
