Barker 42-Gallon 4-Wheeler Tote Along 30844 RV Portable Waste Tank

When the tote arrived it was not quite in the shape I expected. After about 4 hours of tinkering it was finally ready to use. I sent an email to the manufacturer with my experience which I felt was a result of poor quality control and not the best packaging for shipping. At my surprise I received a phone call from a very helpful gentleman at the Company. He was interested in what I had to say and shipped out a couple of major parts needed as a result of warranty. I have since used the tote and must say that I was extremely surprised to the way that it worked. The rubber tired wheels are the answer. It handles easily in maneuvering it by hand and behind the truck when full. It dumps with ease and cleans out easily. The only thing they might look at adding is a 90 degree elbow that attaches to the bayonet fitting on the end of the hose for dumping. I'm using the 42 gallon model and would highly recommend it do to performance and Company backing.

This tank is great! Has pneumatic tires, a definite plus, tows great, and no lifting to empty. Comes with everything you need to hook up to your camper.

It was easy to tell when it was full because of the gauge. Easy to hook on back of truck hitch & to haul to dump station. Although once emptied & heading back to trailer the gauge came out & was run over. We found it but not for sure if will work properly now. Was worth the $ for heavy plastic, large container & stable 4 wheels.

Works great so far only used it once this year. Easy to unload and toll behind your car .fealing with picking up at Walmart was a nightmare . I will never order anything and ship it to a store again. Was my first and will be my last.

We paid over $350 for a tote that lasted 30 days. The tire stem was leaking do to poor assembly before arriving. This caused the axle to break. I called Walmart to get an exchange since the tote was full of waste and I couldn't move it. I wanted an exchange. Send me a new one so I can empty the old one into the new one and send back the old one. The Walmart employee on the phone said, we don't do exchanges, only returns. After going round and round that I can't return it full of poo,the Walmart rep said he is isuing a full refund without return. He said, your money will be returned within days. 3 days later, no return. The second call was met with another employee that apologized for the inconvenience after explaining it all over again. I was again promised a full refund in 3 days. By the third call I was getting tired of wasting several hours on the phone for nothing. The third call we spoke with a supervisor who told us the other employees were not authorized to offer us anything. And that he saw we were good customers who buy often at Walmart. He also promised a full refund. Another week goes by before the next call. With our final call to try and get back Almost $400 we were met with, (we can't help you, call your bank. My family will never shop with Walmart again. We are already struggling with finances and don't have hundreds of dollars to waste every month on poor quality products they refuse to stand behind. Walmart is a thief and a liar and cannot be trusted. We will get our money back through our bank and are thinking about suing for all the time spent and stress over this situation. We live in an rv park with our two sons. There is no sewer hook up. We had to buy a tote to carry the poo to a dump station. Unfortunately Walmart is not competent enough to provide quality or integrity.
