Barlean's Organic Lignan Flax Oil 8 oz Liquid

I use this for its omega health benefits. I mix a generous amount in my vanilla Greek yogurt plus add some chia, hemp and flax seeds for a protein packed healthy snack to get my morning off to the right start. It tastes so delicious, nutty and flavorful!

I don't like the taste, but love the positive effects on the body. I noticed that my skin is less dry and my hair looks better. I add 2 tablespoons to my salad, and to reduce the flavour sometimes I add more sour cream. It takes some effort to squeeze out the oil. But you have to be careful, because the first time you don't calculate your strength, the oil can splatter a lot.

I have a recipe that calls for flax oil drizzled on the top of a yogurt bowl that I eat for health reasons. Other oils I have tried have an off-putting flavor, but this one is very mild and doesn't distract from the dish. I also serve it with honey, so that might help, but again, the flavor is not overpowering and the health benefits with the added Lignan are significant. I have used this brand a lot over the years and I find them to be a trustworthy source of nutritional supplements.

The quality is great. I take a tsp every day for my joints. It's good for healthy cholesterol. I also use it to help with inflammation. This is my second bottle. The package was shipped securely and no spillage. I take it unsweetened apple juice. I can tell the difference in my knee pain when I take it. It's a keeper.

Good quality, keep in fridge and consume within 3 weeks. If I go on holiday I put it in the freezer. I love the flavor, put it on my broccoli or rice.

Great quality product with good benefits. It helps with cholesterol, heart health. hair and skin. I've been using Flax oil for years, I put it in my protein drink every morning.

I use this on my salad, and natto (fermented beans). Great quality and I try to take this every day. Do not heat this oil, keep it in the refrigerator once it is opened.

Make sure to shake it well before using! It does have the sticky residue on the bottom of the bottle. Taste is a bit bitter which is normal for a flax oil.

Really nice brand, but it, like so many other things it's pricey and I don't use that much of it very often. I have to remember to use it as it offers little to no taste and I use it primarily for health benefits.
