This is a product that is normally in the refrigerated section of a store. You probably don't wanna order it by mailed in warm weather. The brand is top of the line and the shipping was fine . Not much to say If you know your nutritional supplements, there is nothing to say - you already know ! I would recommend this particular oil to anybody interested in trying supplements of essential fatty acids . of course I'm not a doctor so I can't spell out what you use it for but there are plenty of responsible Naturopathic MDs on the Internet and they also have books about it. I have never had anything from this company that tasted, expired or otherwise unpleasant . Although they are more expensive, I will not try to substitute a different brand again.. it simply isn't worth losing that amount of money on a bottle of oil that is disgusting.(not going to name names.) And by the way, the consensus is to take about a tablespoon of oil per 150 pounds of body weight according to people like Dr. Axe and Dr Bob Demaria.
I've purchased many brands of flaxseed oil. Highest Lignan Flax Oil is the only one that is consistently *fresh*: absolutely zero hint of rancidity, and generally delicious. Thank you!
Excellent product
I use this flax oil to season and protect my cast iron skillets. I store it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. The pans are placed on the stove to dry with a high heat and then a squirt of oil and a quick wipe of a paper towel. I let the pans continue to heat until the oil starts smoking. Great oil for this!
it has a plesant taste. I put it in my smoothies and my carrot juice and it helped me stop my muscles from hurting.
Nifty stuff. Follow the directions, open windows and apply very, very thinly.
It was delivered hot, which damages the effectiveness of the product. iHerb is not a good supplier. Other suppliers, not on Walmart deliver the flax oil in a container that keeps it cold.
