I really like this supplement, it has natural anti inflammatory properties which helps with various aches as well as being helpful with perimenopause symptoms

Help's Osteoarthritis Pain
I bought this on the recommendation of my nutritionist, who told me it helps with arthritis pain. I have osteoarthritis in both hips and lately, with the cold weather, I have woken up in pain. I've only started but will wait at least 7 days before making a judgement.

I have used evening primrose oil for years for my hot flashes. I'm 83 and I still am in menopause so a friend of mine recommended these and they are wonderful. They don't stop my heat my hot flashes completely but they do make them so that they're unnoticeable.

Very Happy
I love this product I have been on it since 2010 and yes, I highly recommend this product. You only take 1 soft gelcap.

I absolutely love it since I've been using it from the very first week. I have not experienced any night sweats and it is extremely wonderful. Not to have to change clothes in the middle of the night. I highly recommend this for night sweat
