Didn't know about this supplement, but began taking it on the advice of my godsister who became health conscioius first. And it has joined my other vitamin supplements in keeping me looking and feeling much lower than my blessed 64 years.

As a retired couple on a limited budget, this product provides an excellent value for the cost. At drugstore prices my wife and I couldn't afford to use this supplement.

I've taken your vitamins for many years. Each day I take a total of 23 vitamins. (2 daily of some; 1 daily of others.). I checked many health places to see what I should take, and that's what I do. I'm 88 years old, and healthy. I take no prescriptions!!! There is nothing I've had to give up because of my age. I still teach Bible studies and I still mow my yard, and do all the cleaning and cooking at home. God has blessed me, and I'm sure all the vitamins help!

This CoQ10 is in the form of ubiquinone which is hard for the body to absorb and utilize, making it a waste of money. The label does not say, anywhere on it, which form of CoQ10 is used in this supplement, which should be a good indication of what is in the bottle. Ubiquinol is the form of CoQ10 the body needs.
