Barrington Billiards 7.5 ft Pool Table Set with Cue Rack & Dartboard, Green

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I placed my order for this table. Price was $399 plus tax. Expected delivery date was 10/13. Tracking pkg through app, and all of a sudden at 9:30p on 10/13 showed the package was delivered at around 12:15p. I live in a very secured neighborhood and there was no package. Called customer support and after speaking with two different reps eventually was told this was an error made by the driver. After a total of 5 calls over two days, I was told I should receive my package. Let's just say one week later, over 25 calls, 5 escalated cases to receive a refund, still no avail, even after I was told I would receive a refund within 48 hrs. To date it's showing I received two different tables. The price increased to $599 plus tax and the last two basically told me they've submitted for refund, it's best to dispute with my bank to receive the refund, which we did!

The table is nothing like it looks . The legs are plastic not wood and the table is all pressed wood. It looks good but is Very Cheap Material. Assembly is very long many pieces and I paid 4hrs for Pro Assembly @ $50per/hr. I do not recommend this table.

I'm very happy with my pool table and darts. It looks just like the picture. It's fun to play and entertains the family and our friends for hours. Its a beautiful addition to our home and perfect for game nights. I'm pleased with the quality and the price.

Ordered the grey table with Blue felt got green, the wood color does not match decor. Requested refund....crickets. Also not the greatest construction, the legs are plastic covers. The pool cues are toothpicks. Have not assembled dart board piece or tried it out.

Not sure if it's a good playable table. Wasn't able to put it together. There was a huge gouge in the velvet all the way thru the wood surface. Odd thing is there's no damage to the box or the boxed parts that were between the outer packaging and where the damage is. The fake wood plastic leg coverings are pretty cheesy, too.

arrived on time but after unpacking everything the pool table itself is cracked in the middle and broke. they want replace the table itself have to repack and send everything back abd reorder one which I want because the price went up 200 bucks

It's a really nice table and it was a good price but unfortunately was slightly damaged when it came. has some scratches where color is missing on the face of the table

not very hard to put together. but quality is terrible. table shows level but doesnt play well at all. very cheap price tag so guess get whsmat you pay for

After waiting 4 days longer than the estimated delivery date for a 285-pound package, I was excited to finally receive it. Unfortunately, that excitement disappeared as soon as I opened the box. The pool table arrived with major damage and broken pieces, making it impossible to assemble or use. Since the product was destroyed upon arrival, I can't comment on its quality or gameplay. Very disappointing experience overall.

Packed like a tank. I had ordered the same item a couple of years ago, and it was delivered damaged. The problem was packing, and only one part was damaged. Would have liked for Walmart or Barrington to just ship that one part, but that wasn't an option, so had to return the whole product. Did not have a need to order one again since then. But had planned an extended family get together recently, so re-ordered one. This time around, it came packed very well. Seems to be an upgrade since last time. There was infact multiple cardboard boxing and even a plywood sheets that covered 5 faces of the 6 faced box. The unboxing took some time, but it was worth every bit of effort. Did the unboxing in the garage, and had the kids take in the parts, one at a time. The biggest part was ofcourse the top which took 4 of us to move into the home. The assembly was kind of okay, with the pictures in the manual being a bit confusing. There was a video on youtube uploaded by Barrington and few others by enthusiasts that helped us move along with assembly. Once its all assembled, you'll realize that its been well designed. The assembly needs you to screw something to the bottom of the table top in the last couple of steps. We did not do that as we knew the table would be moved around, and such moves would damage the table. This time around, there was a part missing - the backboard of the dartboard setup. Reached out to Barrington, who shipped one rightaway. I was willing to keep the product even if they didnt ship the piece as we already liked the pool table. Two warnings though: 1. Do not let the top rest on its side. Its not built for that. 2. For the same reason, after assembly, do not let people/kids lean onto or sit on the sides. Its ok to lean-on for playing, but not for resting. Overall a great addition to the family game room, though we're using it in the middle of our living room simply because of the foot traffic there and its higher likelyhood of being used. And yes, there's been a scratch on the felt, but given its extensive use over the 6 months we've had it, it was worth it. The dartboard though assembled since, hasn't seen any usage, so not commenting on it. I did get a couple of extra cue sticks from a local thrift store we frequently donate to. Am yet to get a brush though. All other accessories are already included in the package. And as expected, we did move the table a couple of times to make space in the living room for events, and had to re-level it each time, which was easy with the included spanner. So our call to not screw the bottom of the table top worked out in our favor. And for the price, we were comfortable with the kids drawing lines with permanent markers on it. :) Best of luck with your hunt!
