Game Room Assembly by Handy

Assembly person did an outstanding fast assembly job. He was on time and very friendly. He also cleaned the area he worked in. I was deeply impressed!

It was just as I seen it in the photo. The table is great. I'm so happy, I'm like a child at Christmas time. Thanks Walmart!

DO NOT EXPECT INSTALLTION THROUGH WALMART!!!! Walmart assigns Angi to do this and this shuffleboard weighs 450 pounds and Angi has a policy where they will only send a maximum of 2 people/installers and this needs 3-4 people at least. When contacting Angi their representative are rude and uncooperative. I have talked to multiple people at Angi and this is consistent. Even Walmart reps have said Angi staff are rude to them. Just plan to assemble and move this yourself and don't purchase assembley through Walmart

Rescheduled twice. Eventually never showed. Had to wait for a refund for this no-show assembly service.

The installation was cancelled on three different occasions ! My Kids are very disappointed and Christmas is not here yet?! Smh, false advertising on the installation to only. CXL ‘' Why, sale service then CXL with excuses.. Not good business

They never could book someone to come. It was easy to book times and days online it was just getting someone to show up. I had to get my money back and have someone else do it.

Never occurred requesting refund

PROBLEMS PROBLEMS, seems like no one got the item to be assembeled right, frist guy game here alone saying it was a shuffle board, NOT it was a 300 pound pool table with dart board, so he had to decline doing it, second guy came on a Monday alone was going to put our shuffle board table together, WHAT!!!!! wait a minute its a pool table he saw how big and heavy it was so could not assemble it, did not bring tools either, that night someone called from handy services stating he was going to come put our shiffle board together at 6pm on the following day NOT first its not a shuffle board its a pool table second it needs 2 to 3 people to assemble it and flip it upright, but the thing that bothered me was you are not coming that late at night to do anything and I decided right there that I was not going to use Handy services they were not experienced men at all, so I cancelled on Tuesday the order and low and behold on Wednesday night (mind you) a man who I spoke with who I told we were not going to have him come late nor did we want his services showed up at 7pm by himself to put our pool table together Oh no your not!!!!!!!!! so beware! if you pay as much money as we did to have something done professionally look somewhere else.

No one showed up until 3 days later

This is terrible, you won't let me change my e mail address so every info I needed for delivery I never received
