[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These coolant tablets COMPLETELY sealed up the leaks of coolant seeping by my high performance motor's head studs. I tried everything to try stopping the coolant leaks coming from my head studs. I removed and reapplied thread sealant multiple times and could not get the studs to stop seeping coolant until I just threw these tabs in my radiator and I could literally watch the leak stop before my eyes. Great Product!!! Works amazingly!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband's pt cruiser had some issues with the radiator. He used the bars leak radiator stop leak and it fixed the issues he was having. We were recommended this product by a family member and they recommended right!
I used this product to stop a coolant leak at the timing cover on a Chevy Trailblazer with 250K miles. It was buttoned up tight in an hour with no cooling system side effects. Worked great for me. Just follow the instructions. I did hear a rumor that this product was used to stop a leak in the reactor cooling system in the nuclear submarine Nautilus...so I figured if it was good enough for them, I'd try it in my car. I'm glad I did.
I had a lingering coolant leak that was getting bigger over time. My friend suggested these tablets since they are easy to use for someone who doesn't know about cooling systems. I drove the car around for about 30 minutes that the next morning my driveway was dry! I intend to use this every 15,000 miles or so to keep the leak at bay.
Works quickly and directions are simple. Used this in a few cars in the past - most recently a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and previously an old Nissan Altima. Both times the leak was sealed and it lasted until I no longer had the cars. This is the go-to brand for sealing leaks. Easy and way more affordable than a dealership.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Bar's Leaks Radiator stop leak to use on my 1981 Chevy C-10 pickup, not a major leak, but I use the truck for car shows and by golly, it worked like a champ and no more leaks! I've been using Bar's leaks products for at least the last 40 years, and glad they are still around with their awesome products!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this pack in the farm truck for a few months and they saved my butt here last week. The farm truck started running hot in a field, radiator was leaking so I crushed up two of these and popped em in, after giving it a while, I fired up the truck ‘n the leak was fixed!
My radiator sprung a small leak during a long road trip, nothing severe but enough to make my coolant tank run dry if I didn't keep it topped off. I bought these and put just 1 tablet in the coolant tank, it sealed the leak entirely. Still need to buy and install a new radiator, but now I don't have to worry about leaking all my coolant until I'm able to do that.
My overall satisfaction was very disappointing. Quality well four out of five packages were broken open and scattered throughout the shipping box price more expensive than the auto parts store.
Came open and covered in dust.
