BASF 671858 PT Ultracide Pressurized Flea Insecticide, 20oz

Several years ago we experienced a stubborn flea infestation. I cringed at the thought of those jumpy little blood suckers biting my dogs. One of my dogs had a severe allergy to flea bites, so he was badly affected, if only one flea bit him. I searched for and tried so many different products, but nothing was breaking the chain of the flea life cycle. Then I had a conversation with a professional exterminator and he strongly recommended Ultracide. He said it was the same product that his company has used for years, when they get calls to treat homes for fleas. It absolutely does kill fleas and any other insect that gets inside the house. The first thing I noticed about this spray is the lack of strong smell, compared to other products I've tried. The spray dries fairly quickly if applied as a light spray. Shake the can often while applying it. The directions say to vacuum daily or every other day for weeks. The exterminator explained that to me, research found that the vacuum vibrations encourage flea eggs and pupas to hatch quicker so they will come in contact with the freshly sprayed application and die. The vacuuming can just be 2 or 3 minutes in each room for a successful result. After Ultracide ended our flea infestation years ago, I have since only used flea drops on the dogs and a couple applications of insecticide granules in the yard.. until this year. We had fleas show up like crazy this spring, so I knew what I had to do. I had to find and buy more Ultracide.. so I did and It still WORKS GREAT!

this item is superb I have used it over many years in the pest control business but I bought this one for myself one of my cats got fleas and it worked perfect I traded two rooms. however you will notice in the picture my container says 14 oz I purchased the one that you are reading about 20 oz but the company that packaged it up and shipped it to me shorted me and gave me a 14 oz I did not make a fuss even though I was a lot more money but when you need to get rid of fleas you need to do it now so I was happy to have what I had also I do not like confrontation the amount of money loss from 14 to 20 oz was very significant but there again they got a desperate customer who needed it now not a week from now but the product itself is the best stuff on the market for fleas in my opinion and I have used it for years

this is the only stuff that actually works! this is what the professionals use. it does have a super strong odor but it doesnt last long and it doesnt leave a residue after it dries and it dries super fast! after it dries, its safe for pets again. couldnt ask for a better miracle product!!

this is professional grade and works fast and keeps working for months. I've been using this product for several years and now found it with fast delivery from Walmart. it is well worth the price versus cheaper spectracide brands. I usually spray around my baseboards and on the carpet and close the door for a couple of hours in that area and then vacuum everyday for at least a week. it kills everything. then all you have to do is maybe once a year spray around the baseboards just for a quick follow up for reoccurrence. this is well worth the money.

Pt Ultracide work it really work sprayed livingroom and dinning got fleas and eggs . Vacuumed the next day as they fed emptied the vacuum cleaner bag had plenty of eggs and laves wonderful product disappointed that I ordered 20 ounces and paid $40 and got a can of 14 ounces very disappointed that you would send me less ounces that I did not order. This is the 2nd time this has happen the las time I sent it back .will not order again from this co. USA.when how are you going to tell customer that you don't sell 20 ounces so where's my reimbursement?. Isn't that false advertisement

Does not work as well as it says it does. Used as directed, fleas back in 2 weeks.

After reading the warnings, I decided that it was in the best interest not to use this product around my home and pet. Appears that you almost have to be a Professional to use it. I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. I REALLY COULD NOT RATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OFF THE PRODUST SINCE I DID NOT USE IT.

Says 20 oz. but received 14. Rip off!!!

They sent the wrong size. I bought the 1 Pound and they sent the 14 Oz I would not trust them again.
