Basic Grill Assembly (for items $250 and less)

I had to cancel the installation because I live in a very small down out in BFE, but it was a very good and easy process to make the cancellation of the installation...in which I have learned that I probably won't use. With my job it was hard to try and coordinate the time for the installation...but they were still very good to work with and understanding and I appreciate that.

The Pro never showed up. And didn't respond to text, phone calls, or emails. It was also a challenge to finally get someone to reschedule. I needed this grill for a dinner party that has now become very stressful to find an alternative to cook for a BBQ. I am very disappointed.

are you kidding me????? I purchased the grill and it said UNLESS you have purchased the assembly package, it will come unassembled ..well it still came unassembled with $70 for the package! Right before the 4th of July when I needed it! . A waste of time and money! Never again.

I was pleased to receive same day order for the grill for the holiday. I was expecting that the profesional assembly would be same day as well or I would not have added it. There has to. be a way for the customer to determine when assembly would be available as it makes a difference.

We purchased the assembly service. When I arrived to pick up the assembled grill, they brought out a grill unassembled in the box. Brand new. I needed to use The Grill the very next day. The representative went to get her supervisor, and they called me on my phone while I was waiting to tell me I had two options: put the grill together myself or do a complete refund when I needed to grill the beer next day. Their excuse was that the assembly representative did not come in to work that day. And that Walmart should have never sent me a text, informing me that The Grill was ready when it had not been assembled. Then they told me I couldn't escalate it up to anyone else within Walmart so they called a third-party service who told me I had to call one of two other members that I was provided and request a refund for the assembly service! They said it wouldn't have never been ready anyway because of the holiday, but it was their mistake and they had no one else who could as assemble the grill. Thankfully, my husband assembled it the next day. I have not called one of the two numbers to request the refund as of yet because I just didn't want to deal with it over the weekend during the holiday. We'll see how it goes when I call. Very disappointed.

we paid to get the grill put together before the 4th of july an I MEAN NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! The first guy lied try to say it was put together when clearly never showed an tonight my husband is putting it together, and would not use them or even tell ppl too they cancelled 5 times ppl i give Them A 0

I had checked the Angi assembly service in my cart then removed the grill from my cart to start over and ship to another address where I did not need assembly. When I checked out the total was only for the grill (no $70 assembly charge). However after the payment processed I was charged for the assembly with a scheduled date a week later. I immediately contacted Walmart who said to cancel with Angie, and Angie said to contact Walmart for the refund. However Angi did say they put in a request for cancellation to Walmart and I should see refund in 5-10 business days, it's been 7 so far.

Paid for assembly. Assembly was scheduled through Anji. They did not show up. No show. Took over an hour on the phone and through the automated chat service with Anji to get anyone to respond. Very disappointing. I will never use this service again.

I still do not have my item assembled. Was scheduled a week ago. Called but never showed up. Shows complete in the Angi system so I contacted them to reschedule. Got it rescheduled for today. When I go to verify they are coming it is not in their system. This is the worst experience I have ever had with booking service. I recommend never paying extra for installation that will never happen

I ordered the item assembled and it came in a box. A third party was hired by Walmart to come and assemble but they never showed. I complain for several weeks until I received a reimbursement for assembly. Once I assembled the grill and used it, the paint immediately peeled off. Horrible grill and horrible customer service.
