Does exactly what it's supposed to do with no leaking. Just remember to wet the suction cup area first and then press firmly all around the cover to make sure it seals. I have found this drain cover works better than a different style I had been using for quite a few years, which occasionally did leak.

Have a vintage-style claw foot tub. This works great. I'm sure it would work in modern tubs as well.

I've tried four or five drain overflow covers made by other manufacturers and this is the only one that really works. I should have bought one of these a long time ago. It actually stays stuck to the tub for as long as I'm in the bath, and the seal that it creates is perfect.

this really holds the water. I have already ordered another one as a backup because another one I got was a joke.

It works great, but sometimes the suction won't actually suction

item is very flimsy and does not stick to wall of the tub so therefore it does not meet up to its own advertisement and promise. it should not be used for anything than a piece of plastic.
