Battlestar Galactica: The Complete Series [DVD]

A great take off from the original series! Great watching for all the family! One of the most entertaining Sci Fi series of all time!

The whole series of Battlestar Galactica is great to my home DVD collection. It has the whole series including Razor and The Plan. Great Actors for the reboot of the old series. Thanks Walmart for this product.

This is the best sci-fi show -ok tied with the Stargates- SG1 and Atlantis! It is so well written. The cast is absolutely perfect. Keeps you wanting more. Wish it lasted more seasons. The creativity is unbelievable. The acting is fantastic. Such a Great show

The season one disc one was not in the box set instead there is two season one disc twos other than that everything else is excellent.

WalMart has a great price on the entire season, so bought it. The packaging by WalMart could have been a bit better to decrease chance of damage in transit. Box was a bit squished, but appears OK. The one thing I would advise for viewers of this series, is that the first episode is extremely long. It appears they took the first 4 episodes and made it into 1 - and it does make sense, because it gets you to a specific place in the story line. Just be sure to break out the popcorn and get comfortable, because you are going to be in front of the TV for 3 hours or so. Battlestar Galactica is an incredibly well made series. For those who haven't watched it, highly recommend.

Greatest sci-fi show ever made for tv. I did find it cheaper but would've had to drive 100 miles to get it.

So far I'm happy with my purchase of the complete BSG series, including the mini-series and movie. The only thing I would've liked was the option to watch the extended version of the episode "Pegasus" in season 2, but this set does have most of the deleted scenes, so it's not a big deal for me. Quality is great, the set looks nice, and this is one of my fav sci-fi series so I'm pretty happy to finally own it in it's entirety. The extras I've looked at so far are: deleted scenes, commentary, and some podcasts. If you enjoyed the reboot of BSG, and want to own the entire collection I'd recommend this set. If you've never seen BSG I'd recommend this series if you enjoy political storylines, military characters, and sci-fi. There are fight scenes, but if you're looking for a high action series then this probably isn't it. The action scenes are good, but a lot of the story arcs deal with political matters, and relationship drama.
