I received it earlier than expected. It was easy to assemble and looks great.
Beautiful and neat. Good deal for the price.
I always expect things at this price point to need a little work to put together. But I shouldn't have to just guess where the legs go. The company should take the extra time and predrill the holes. The predrilled holes for the hinges don't allow the doors to align well so I had to redo those as well. This thing was more trouble than it was worth. The price is right and it looks good once built but I wouldn't purchase this again.
so I received my package last week and I called Home Goods because I'm missing pieces I don't have no legs and I don't have screws for my doors I've called them they haven't replied I left him a voicemail they haven't replied I called Walmart Walmart told me to call HomeGoods so right now I'm in between of waiting for legs and other screws for the doors so my stuff don't look too good
The box was packaged well and all parts were undamaged and safely received. The directions are a farce, there is nothing clearly stated so you just have to do trial and error until you can find the right part for the right section. What was even worse was, they had not drilled holes in so many places that I had to borrow a drill from a friend to make the required holes to fix the parts together. Especially the legs of the table. It is a good looking product when completed and is lightweight but if you are not a handy person, only make a purchase if you have expert help.
Good looking. Holes not pre-drilled. Bad instructions. Looks: Tbh, the table looks very pretty and looks more expensive than what it costs. Sturdy and does not wobble. The legs are plastic painted with wood finish but they still look good. Packaging: No problem at all, arrived with no dents. The problems are mainly two things: 1. Instructions are not helpful. 2. Even worst, the holes are not pre-drilled for the screws. Especially the legs, you just have to guess-ti-mate where to put the holes for the legs. It took a lot of head scratching and complaining for us to assemble this piece. But hey, we made it. You can kind of figure it out, we just didn't like the idea of why do we have to work and think so much to put this together, when the manufacturer could have made it a whole lot more easier for us.
This thing was very damaged in several places, including the top of the unit that is easily visible. There were also several dents in different parts of the unit. This wasn't a shipping issue either, as the scratches were on pieces that were wrapped in foam and in the middle of the package.
Awful experience dealing with Walmart to fix the fact that this item is missing about half of the pieces, really poor customer service experience and nothing was accomplished yet they "left the chat"... we will be filing a complaint with credit card company for the merchant not holding their end of the deal.
No pre drilled holes, instructions are vague. I'm returning this.
The stand looks pretty good once you actually get it assembled. The problem is the holes. The leg holes weren't pre-drilled at all so I had to measure out and mark my own, it wasn't a huge deal but still, it's supposed to be done. The inside cabinet door didn't have enough holes drilled and the right door has been a pain to get on without it scraping the bottom. The ""wood"" scratches very very easily so be careful with that. The top and bottom were mislabel with the wrong stickers and the directions were pretty fuzzy and awful so that was an ordeal to figure out as well. It looks pretty good once it's up but I'm worried about the quality over time because I'm already seeing scratches and marks where I was just trying to put it together. Not a solid piece in my opinion, I wouldn't buy it again, or recommend it. The packaging is also pretty bad, it was styrofoam that had came apart into tiny pieces and I'm still finding them in random places in my living room.
