Works pretty good! I've tried a few BCAAs and still feel that stiffness, but taken twice a day actually has its benefits.

The flavor is great and as advertised but it smells like straight feet and swamp as* luckily it doesn't taste how it smells. If you can get over the smell definitely try it out
