I liked the fact that the shipping was fast and not only that but the cat hammock is very sturdy and strong and actually stays attached to whichever wall you screw it onto. It looks very cute in any room, and I've added all of the hammocks to the cat room now. The cats love it! They love the fact that they can jump around like a maze and then also sleep and chill around comfortably in the hammock area. It's very soft and snuggly for the kitties and I love this for them.

The 2 smaller wooden pieces, not the cat. Those 2 pieces were missing drilled holes. So now I have it but can't adhere safely to the wall. Come on guys check your work at your factory.

I needed some kind of steps to help my cats get to play space above our entertainment stand and happy I chose this set! Very durable. Mild dents but no safety concerns.

it's missing parts

So many pieces. It's incredibly easy to split the wood supports as you are screwing them tight. The instructions are very unclear.

I bought this item because it seemed like a great deal: two shelves for a cat to play on AND a hammock for the cat to rest. Unfortunately, this deal was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Let me say, for perspective's sake, that I worked as a paramedic for 20 years and now I build things for a living; so, I know how to use my hands. This item has terrible design flaws. It is also made of inferior-quality pieces. The wooden triangles that hold the shelves up were drilled both inconsistently AND at angles that didn't make sense. Furthermore, the wood (actual wood, not particle board) SNAPPED in HALF as I HAND-TIGHTENED the larger shelf. The triangle for the other shelf DISINTEGRATED in my hand while I was merely lining up the screw placement. The only good thing I can say about this item is that I'm glad it broke before I ever let the cat try it out. I can't imagine how many cats have suffered injury due to the shoddy craftmanship. Cardboard tubes and cardboard boxes would be sturdier!
