Vibrant Life Mushroom Cat Scratching Post, Multicolor, 17.32"

My cats love this little mushroom. and it doesn't leave little cardboard shreds everywhere that I have to vacuum. I've had it a little over a week so far and it doesn't seem to be coming apart they love to scratch it and lay on it I spray it with catnip spray. so far so good.

i give this 5 stars because my cat loved this immediately. he wasted no time at all playing with this. some may complain that it falls over but maybe that's just my cat. he's very energetic. lol but I've paid more than this to watch a movie i didn't like, so for me i am happy, he's happy and my husband even enjoyed watching him have such a good time playing with the bird toy that chirps. i didn't even see the tag that you are supposed to remove for the battery but Grey happened to remove it himself when he was playing with it aggressively. haha then he was even more going crazy for this thing. happy purchase here.

Was this 1000% an impulse purchase? Yes, of course. Do I regret it? Not for a second! Assembly is super easy: screw the base and mushroom cap to the pole; Bob's your uncle; voi-là! All the parts seem sturdy and well-built. Size-wise, it's not huge, so it can easily be tucked into a corner. Truly huge cats might find The Mushroom a bit on the small side, but for average cats it should be fine. My kittens are three, 3 -month old siblings, and they're very good at sharing toys, so they play nicely on and around this together. Ymmv if you have multiple cats that don't like to share. My kittens immediately went crazy over the attached dangly bird toy, which CHIRPS. I failed to notice that in the description, so anyway: the bird toy chirps. If your cats, like mine, adore noisy toys, be forewarned 😅 None of us sleep near The Mushroom, so it hasn't kept us awake, but I imagine that could happen in a small apartment. Anyway, I didn't entirely expect my cats to play with this at all, but I'm delighted to be wrong. It's well worth the purchase price!

I foster a lot of cats and this mushroom seems to be a favorite of younger ones. they love batting at the bird and scratching the post. They often climb up top and lounge up there. they curl up around the base and use the grassy area to roll about on

My kitten loves this mushroom. His paw has gotten caught more than a handful of times. It has wrapped so tight that he could lose a paw it cuts into him so bad. He is a wild kitten but the string is very elastic and thin that it wraps easily when he is going a million miles an hr. We leave it out only when we are home. I will probably change the string to a shoe lace for the bird due to this issue. Otherwise it was a great buy. Even my older cat likes it.

Our home had sold and we didn't have another home purchased yet, so family and 2 cats (indoor/outdoor) had to live temporarily in a RV airbnb for 4 weeks. With limited space and to prevent them from going nuts, and clawing up the place, this was the perfect size. It was a great price and of course, it looked cute! They both enjoyed it and I was not aware that the bird chirped until after I heard it - what a cool feature!

My cat loves to play with tweety sounded bird %26 scratch pole %26 pad. She won't sit on the top, probably because she is a large cat. I love the look of it %26 cleans easy. She won't use her other cat tree so I know she likes the mushroom cat scratcher.

My son's cat loves it. Two of my three cats liked the bird when it was new at Christmas. One cat knocked it over trying to scratch. It is cute but the scratching post is small for my cats and it can tip over if they aren't standing on the platform. Pretty much ignored now by all three cats. .

Way smaller than expected. It's a great size if you have a kitten. I have a 1 year old, she's too big for it. It's cute, but I was disappointed in the size. She has to lay down to scratch on the post. She's only touched it 2-3 times too. )= The bird tweets when touched.
