I woke up and I wanted to learn to crochet so I got on with Walmart app and look for beginning kits and I actually found this one for very cheap so I grabbed it and it came today and I've already made a few things something slight a necklace and a bracelet, but I did it and it looks great so I'll continue to work incorporate new things in new patterns and see how far I can actually get with this crocheting hobby thank you so much for having something that's affordable for People when they're just learning so in case I didn't get the concept I wouldn't have took a big loss thanks again. I would definitely order more.. perfect for gifts

this is awesome especially for a beginner of crocheting...colorful rolls of yarn, all the things you need to get started all enclosed in a cute bag that will fit in your purse if you are going somewhere %26 just need to pass the time if your having to wait on someone for an appointment, etc...very nice

My gbaby loves her kitty! Thanks I'm allergic but have a real one too cause I rehome animals and live them all ! My ptsd deserves and helps me when I have animals but the 4 year old gbaby needs a fake kitty! With yearn kit the yarn is too small for learners and kit isn't for kids so

It was an alright gift for beginners. The bag is a little on the small side and the yarn is very thin and fragile. When purchasing this item buy extra yarn.

Items made to make you think you were getting a lot more than what you get. Would be confusing for beginners. Wish the description sizes etc were discussed a lot more for beginners. I am not a beginner but this made me think there was more than there really was.

Looks like I received a used set. There's no size 8 hook, there's 2 size 7 hooks, everything was open and spilled inside the bag, and one of the needles is bent. The number 8 hook is what I bought this for so I'm pretty annoyed.

The picture made the item look like the case was bigger, the yarn skeins were bigger and the quality overall. The case was the size of a makeup case and the skeins were the size of hen's eggs, not full-size skeins. It definitely wasn't worth the $34.00 paid for it.

This is nice because it is a basic kit with most everything you need to begin but the actual needles do not have the letter sizing on them. I learned to crochet from my grandmother who used needles/hooks with letters as sizing such as a “g” or “h”. They can be figured by looking them up and cross referencing them but that takes up to much time for me. I was disappointed with the bag as it is cheap made and the thread is very small skeins. For a small child it would be great as they don't usually continue with a hobby for very long.
