Co-wash…not shampoo
Ordered 3 of the same bottles and received 2 of the co-wash and 1 of shampoo. Shampoo %26 co-wash are not the same thing. Unexpected when you order 3 of the same thing to not get 3 of the same thing.

Deceptive 3rd Party.
Great product but not what I ordered. Nov '25 I ordered 5 bottles of Aveda Be Curly Co Wash. Couldn't figure out why it was different. Called Aveda, they weren't happy it was a 3rd party and couldn't verify it's authenticity, but also pointed out that I received 5 bottles of Be Curly Shampoo and NOT Co Wash. Duh on me, shame on them. Stuck with 4 unopened bottles.

The item is continuously delayed and has not yet been delivered, as expected. I love the product but I am very dissatisfied with the late delivery. I still haven't received the product.

It's a HORRIBLE product!
I wish I had taken to heart the reviews that were previously written, because I never would've spent so much money on such a terrible hair product if I had. This stuff is awful. It smells like mosquito repellent and that's not the worst part. I have naturally curly hair, but after using this, my hair was stick straight and although it was greasy feeling, it hung like straw. I gave it several tries on days I didn't have to go out in public with the same results each time. I've learned my lesson. Read the reviews, LISTEN to what people are saying and save your money! This ended up in the trash.
