Burns as well as the Traeger pellets which some pellets I've used do not. The flavor profile on my pork shoulder for my Kahlua pig was really great!! I have also used it for my cowboy beans and smokey perfection!

Pecan pellets are hard to find. These are good quality and have good flavor. Walmart is oneof the few that have them at a decent price.

Love Bear Mountain Pecan pellets for smoking pork
I only use two brands of pellets and Bear Mountain is one of them. The pecan pellets burn great and produce a fantastic flavor.
