Amazing sound quality and bass! The rose gold color is sleek and shiny. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the ear cover area: after about 10 minutes of listening to music, the ear cushion part of the headphones start to ache the outer parts of my ears. Other than that, the headphones are a great buy.

I brought the headphone in December and it’s just April and the headphone is not even working no more and I cannot even exchange it so I like to know what can I do because I did spend some money on that and my daughter needed it for school so what can I do?

I recently purchased the Beats Solo 3 headphones with high hopes, as a fan of the Beats product line. However, my experience has been rather disappointing due to the flimsy build of these headphones. From the moment I started using them, it was evident that the durability was lacking. The materials used feel fragile and not up to the standards I had expected from a brand like Beats. As someone who values both quality sound and sturdiness, it's disheartening to see a product fall short in the latter aspect. While I appreciate the audio performance, the Solo 3 headphones are not suitable for those seeking headphones that can withstand a bit of daily rough handling.

I only gave this 2 stars because my head phones cane in a plain white box, it was MISSING quick start guide, carrying case, and warranty card. But they sound good. I also put I would recommend them BUT YOU TAKE A CHANCE of not getting all you paid for. I DID NOT.

I purchased this set of Beats from walmart.com. They stopped working so I called Apple Support to assist with fixing due to the Beats still being under factory warranty. Apple stated that I needed to get the receipt from the third party with the serial number it was sold from. I called 6 Ave and they told me that they did not keep receipts past 6 months. That is ridiculous. I also called Walmart and they stated that they could not give me a receipt as well. Not I have a set of beats purchased less than a year ago that no longer work and I cannot get assistance with my warranty. I will not be purchasing from WalMart.com anymore. I had no idea that I would be getting items from a third party.

I disliked being lied to by a manager. The. lie wasnt even necessary, the individual that supposely delivered the item didn't. They lied about they were on there way back to bring the item it never happened. The last oerson I spoke with I told her I would come that evening to pick up the item because I needed the item that day. She assured me they were going to bring the items. It NEVER happened. I end up going the next morning and demanded my item!!! My experience on this SUCKED!! Do better WALMART or get off the pot.

i honestly don’t know how people wear these. they’re so tight and uncomfortable, coming from a pretty petite woman. on a lighter note.. the quality of sound is great, and i’m sure hold their charge and quickly charge just as the studio pros do. i enjoy and prefer the comfort of the studio pros much more.

I had my heart set on these for some time. I noticed the sale and splurged on myself to get them. I followed the setup instructions. I charged and connected them. I was only able to use them briefly within a 24 hour span. They quit charging, turning on, and I got nowhere with trying to connect with a tech specialist on their website to troubleshoot the issue. Walmart was amazing in response to their 30-day return policy. I got my money back on a gift card to go towards my next order. Instead I was gifted a pair of Sony Headphones for Xmas. A brief plug for them. They are 1000% times better than the Beats in every way!!From ear comfort/coverage, to sound quality, battery life, and tech specs. I highly recommend checking out the Sony WH-1000XM4. Granted they are more in price and definitely worth every penny!!!

Walmart uses out source delivery and the driver brought a 3$ trash can instead of the headphones I contacted Walmart customer service drove to the store showed the manager the videos of the driver from my ring camera and got sent home to call customer service again and the ending result was I cannot get a refund I have to write a police report and wait for metro to get my refund from the driver never shopping with Walmart again. The drivers name is ashia watch out for her and please continue to report her!

It’s not the product, it’s the seller. The product was sent to me broken and it was supposed to be a gift for my step son and I only opened the package because I could hear something shifting around inside and sure enough the microphone on the cable was broken off. I’ve tried to return this item, but the seller has not sent me a return label and Walmart won’t accept it back even though on the details of the item on Walmart’s page says in store refundable. I’ve sent in pictures of the item and reported the damage the very day I received it. I have not used the product, it was not for me. I would not suggest ordering from here. I ended up buying another set off Apple, so now i have 2 because i can’t return the broken one
