I like the clear sound the music and how it’s easy to talk on the phone with the headphones. I do however wish they were a bit louder because certain times if I’m around other noises then those noises are louder. But also do enjoy wants you charge them to 100% they are good for days before you have to charge them again.

The Solo Beat3 headset is a great headset especially for listening to Caribbean compagnie beats. It reminded when I was a Radio announcer at 17 years of age working my very first professional job with Radio Citadel of Cape Haitian, using product headset on the job.

These are great headphones but the Walmart description twice claims explicitly that they include active noise cancellation. They don't. When they arrived, the package did not even claim to have it. So I feel a bit scammed, as I was looking specifically for ANC headphones and was very excited about this deal.

I love the product but My concern is that they were used or a returned item. The box that they came in wasnt wrapped as if they were brand new and when we went to pair them they already had a name. I wasnt told I would be paying for an opened item. I will not buy online again.

I purchased this set of Beats from walmart.com. They stopped working so I called Apple Support to assist with fixing due to the Beats still being under factory warranty. Apple stated that I needed to get the receipt from the third party with the serial number it was sold from. I called 6 Ave and they told me that they did not keep receipts past 6 months. That is ridiculous. I also called Walmart and they stated that they could not give me a receipt as well. Not I have a set of beats purchased less than a year ago that no longer work and I cannot get assistance with my warranty. I will not be purchasing from WalMart.com anymore. I had no idea that I would be getting items from a third party.

I ordered two headphones that Walmart was promoting on sale for Black Friday, they charged me for both, but mailed only one. Shipment conf. reflected both items delivered, but when I logged in to review my order, it clearly showed that only one item was shipped. I called customer care, they put me on hold for 49 minutes, then told me that because they have my signature on file, their policy is that if they have a signature on file they cannot provide a refund and that I needed to contact my credit financial institution to request a refund. After I told them that I have proof that they only shipped one item based on the delivery package size which I kept, and the screenshot that I took when I was chatting. I asked to speak with a supervisor, they put me back on hold and when the supervisor finally answer the phone, she said that they will process my refund. People, If you are reading this feedback and expect integrity and honesty from Walmart, then spend your money somewhere else, you are not going to get it here.

It’s not the product, it’s the seller. The product was sent to me broken and it was supposed to be a gift for my step son and I only opened the package because I could hear something shifting around inside and sure enough the microphone on the cable was broken off. I’ve tried to return this item, but the seller has not sent me a return label and Walmart won’t accept it back even though on the details of the item on Walmart’s page says in store refundable. I’ve sent in pictures of the item and reported the damage the very day I received it. I have not used the product, it was not for me. I would not suggest ordering from here. I ended up buying another set off Apple, so now i have 2 because i can’t return the broken one

Complete garbage. Right ear stoped working after 3 months. I’ll buy my son a different pair to replace. Walmart also did nothing to help me out with a possible replacement because of being past the 30 day return window which I thought was poor taste. Either way I’ll get a new pair just not from Walmart.

never got it very very unhappy my kids will not have their Christmas gifts at all and I started early so it would be in time I got it doing black Friday when sales were going on and now I had nothing no one could help me because Walmart said it was not through them it was a third-party that I do not know or I would never have ordered it from them the diver company never heard of them before was not ups or FedEx so post office said they never got it and the tracking number the post office said they didn't put that type of number in their system there number start with a different set of numbers so at this point im very mad upset because I still don't have my kids' gifts and no one can help me been going to the post office every day since November 25 still have not got it and they keep saying it not there I call Walmart they say they cannot do nothing but give me a number to call third party people but still no one can help so at this point my kids out of a gifts and I loss money Very dissatisfant and from this Experience I Probably will not order from Walmart again i will put one star for the things that i did get but my daughter headphone and my other daughter camera very unhappy Customer mad

Read the fine print. Don’t fall for good sale prices. I bought these in November 2024 as a Christmas present. They stopped working altogether in March 2025. One headphone quit working and now they will not charge at all. No way to turn them on. I spoke to a rep from Walmart and took them to an Apple repair counter, and both say that they can’t be fixed because they aren’t under warranty. I thought Apple covered all mechanical defects for 1 year, but apparently these headphones, though purchase thru the Walmart website, are from a 3rd party vendor that sells used / refurbished items. Which aren’t under the Apple 1 year warranty. Definitely won’t trust the Walmart website or purchase Beats again. Very disappointed .
