I ordered two headphones that Walmart was promoting on sale for Black Friday, they charged me for both, but mailed only one. Shipment conf. reflected both items delivered, but when I logged in to review my order, it clearly showed that only one item was shipped. I called customer care, they put me on hold for 49 minutes, then told me that because they have my signature on file, their policy is that if they have a signature on file they cannot provide a refund and that I needed to contact my credit financial institution to request a refund. After I told them that I have proof that they only shipped one item based on the delivery package size which I kept, and the screenshot that I took when I was chatting. I asked to speak with a supervisor, they put me back on hold and when the supervisor finally answer the phone, she said that they will process my refund. People, If you are reading this feedback and expect integrity and honesty from Walmart, then spend your money somewhere else, you are not going to get it here.
