Very easy to use. I love the color and design. As a tip, use parchment paper around sandwich for easy clean up, but it isn’t hard to clean up if u don’t. There is a tray to catch grease if using it for hamburgers. I love the grill marks it makes. Feels like u went to a restaurant.

I am obsessed! I make grilled cheese for the kids quickly and grill dinner also! So easy to clean with the removable plates! It would be even better if the plates were reversible and smooth on the other side for pancakes. But I love this color, and this pretty regularly!

I love this press. it's easy to clean, the color is nice and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. It heats up very quickly and I'm very happy with it.

I’m impressed with this 2-in-1 Panini press and grill! It heats up fast and cooks evenly, making my sandwiches crispy on the outside and warm on the inside. I’ve also used it to grill veggies and chicken. It’s very divine. The nonstick surface is a huge bonus, and cleaning it is a cinch. The only small issue I’ve had is with a notch when putting the grill back into the presser after cleaning — it doesn’t always sit perfectly in place. But overall, it’s a great product.

Well, I see why this was on clearance lol. Opened it up and immediately put the removable plates in the dishwasher before using it to make a panini for dinner. Somehow, it started smoking like there'd been food on it when I started preheating it. Opened it up to place the sandwich and noticed brown spots all over the plates and they were smoking like crazy. I was so confused. It had just been washed. Anyway, made the sandwich. Had to turn the sandwich around halfway through cooking because the griddle was trying to flatten the back half and slide the sandwich out the front. So I turned the sandwich around and it happened again, but by then, the sandwich was finished cooking. I then noticed that the paint on the outer lid started to bubble from the heat. This appliance is replacing a 20 year old panini maker I had that finally died the other night. It'll do for now, but I bet it doesn't last long.

I bought this last month and had it to return because it broke. Really sad because it’s so pretty and easy to use it. Going to give another chance and order the same one. Good thing I got the warranty.

Have some Quality control! This was the third time I order this and it always has some signs of damage! Dings, scratches! I want a new item when I pay for a new item! It’s very pretty and I love the features so I’m gonna keep ordering one until I get to you looking grill or I’m going to keep returning them!

I've only had this item since Christmas and have used it three times. Even after taking the grates off to clean it, it started to rust and after the second use, the bolt on the side fell out. It's not a quality item. I do not recommend it. I have other Beautiful products that have lasted longer, this just didn't hold up.
