Beautiful Easy-Prep Electric Can Opener, White Icing by Drew Barrymore

It's everything as was advertised. I love the knife sharpener feature on the back. When I set it up it's a very sturdy base. The only thing I noticed is the blade/lever part seems a little on the loose side, but we'll see if that's more of a benefit or a hinderence as time goes on. The color scheme was also very important to me, having appliances to make my living space look vibrant or pleasent or just match my aesthetics really makes all the difference with the feel of my home interactions day to day.

Omg I Am So Happy With this purchase and Drew Barrymores Entire Line!! Colors are not only Beautiful, But they are really great quality items too. My electric can opener is soo freaking cute! And I didn’t even know about the can opener on the back of it and the knife sharpener, until after my purchase! lol..So Adorable, like what more could u ask for in a can opener??? It’s PERFECT!!! Color is pretty and it’s works amazingly. The magnet is Very strong, and super easy to clean. It wipes right off with a shine to it. Perfect, absolutely gorgeous! Thnxs Drew!! Best can opener I've ever had so far. I took a star off for the knife sharpener. The indent for the knife should be straight across and not curved. When I sharpen my knives ,have to be super careful because the knives hit the outer curve and make cuts into the housing. Therefor leading to a not so properly sharpened knife. That's need to be redesigned . The can opener is very very nice, it's smooth and easy to use. I do highly recommend this for the opener

Love the look since my entire Kitchen is done in Beautiful Olive green but, the design has a small flaw that bugs me every time. Putting the can on to open works great. Taking them off after opening is where the problem begins. They don't come straight off and when you tilt to get them off they always spill. Not a fan of that part. Needs some tweaking on the ending.

It is difficult to get the can attached. The blade construction does not stay in place and continues to fall off. It is pretty but not well constructed.

I like that this can opener is very quiet. However, it does not open the can in one try. It comes off track all the time and I have to restart it over and over to just open one can. It's very frustrating.

IN less than 4 months of having this product it began to not operate properly. The magnet doesn't line up as it had when first bought. The magnet drops and will not hold a heavy family size can. The paper on the can is being eaten by the wheel. Sometimes it will not turn at all. If you want a pretty item to just display or for very short term this product is OK. If you want to use this and have a good product that will last I highly would not recommend. I had really hoped to like the Beautiful line. After this experience I am not willing to try any other products from the Beautiful line.

I was so excited to use this since I have the crockpots by drew. This didn’t work worth a darn. Going to return and buy a Walmart brand can opener that works so much better. I left my old Walmart brand opener in the camper and bought this for the main kitchen. Well that was a mistake. Can’t wait to get a better can opener.

This can opener stopped working after the second use, so it had to be returned. I love this Drew Barrymore line, and have many things from it, but this product was not it.

I'm honestly very disappointed with this can opener. It is supposed to make opening cans easier, but it's actually more frustrating than using a manual can opener. Getting the can lined up correctly is ridiculously difficult, and even when I finally get it positioned, it barely cuts through the can. It frequently stops before the can is completely open, and I end up having to fight with it to get the job done. An electric can opener should be simple: put the can in place, press a button, and let it open the can. This one makes even that simple task unnecessarily difficult. I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I expected much better for the price.
