Wanted to love this so much! I love all of her other kitchen products, but this one the plastic circle thing that sits near the blades to prevent spillage comes out and blends into whatever you’re mixing! I ruined one on accident and the replacement one comes loose no matter what. So it’s super annoying to always be worried about whether or not small plastic pieces are accidentally blended into what I’m making. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately!

I have used the blender multiple times since receiving and it has worked fine. However, I tried blending in the "Convenient Cup" for the first time today and ended with half the gasket broken into pieces in my smoothie. Just happy I discovered this before swallowing any of them! With the gasket compromised I am afraid to use the blender at all.

This blender is so cute, works great. However the second time I used it, the rubber seal around the blade came off and blended in my smoothie %26 I drank half of it. Beautiful does not sell any replacement parts %26 they told me the seal is a unique size so you pretty much can't find a replacement. So now I have a blender I can't use without leaking bad, and they won't let you buy or just get replacement seals. It seems this is a common issue %26 I did not know it until now.. Do not buy this blender!!!!

I purchased thos blender and many other Beautiful products. This blender has an issue with the rubber gasket coming off and getting blended in your food. I was told by costomer service that it is not coverwd by warranty and there was no way of replaceing the rubber gasket through their parts department. This makes me wish I had went with another brand that actually took care of their customers and sold replacement parts. Instead I got an email stating they were not able to help me any further with this matter. Now I will be forced to buy a brand new blender instead of a $5.00 gasket. Shame on Beautiful.

DO NOT BUY THIS BLENDER!!! First time using the blender and the gasket fell into my smoothie!! I didn’t notice until I had already consumed half of my smoothie and pulled a piece of plastic from my mouth!! They don’t sell replacement parts on the website and even if they did I wouldn’t trust that it wouldn’t happen again. I feel sick to my stomach knowing I unknowingly ingested plastic parts.

This blender might be pretty but the silicon ring on the part with the blades comes off easily while blending. The first time it happened my fiancé didn’t realize until after he drank some of the silicone ring. The second time it came off while I was using it. The ring is clear and very thin so it’s easy to miss. Don’t waste your money.

I really wanted to like this item. I was excited to make my morning smoothie in it. I loaded everything in and blended it all together. I felt rubbery pieces in my mouth and so did my husband. I checked the blender and the rubber gasket was blended into our drink. We were so upset and disgusted. We emailed customer support and they offered to send us another gasket no thanks. Do not buy this.

Within 3 months, the plastic seal on the bottom came undone and ended up blending into my smoothie. I noticed it when I was drinking my smoothie and spit out some un-chewable pieces of plastic. I will be monitoring my body closely for signs of ingested plastic. To be honest, I'm trying not to freak out over this. Prior to this incident, I was not impressed with the blender. The ridges on the inside made it difficult to clean, the lids were not easy to take on and off, and the "no drippy sippy cup" ironically dripped a lot because of the gap between the lid and the lip of the cup. I was trying to be patient with this blender, but obviously, ingesting broken plastic is where I draw the line. Steer clear of this product -- it poses a health risk.

After one week the white seal failed and was blended into my smoothie. I ingested some before I relaized what it was. The company does not offer any parts. The blender can not be used and they wont replace it.It came with a two year warrenty which they refuse to honor. Do not buy this. It is over proced and poorly made and the company refuses to stand by their products or warrenties.
