Beautiful 4-Slice Toaster with Touch-Activated Display, White Icing by Drew Barrymore

I absolutely love this toaster! The sage green is even prettier in person and gives my kitchen such a cute, cozy look. I wanted something that looked nice enough to leave out on the counter but was still practical for everyday use, and this definitely checks both boxes. The four-slice design is super convenient, the controls are easy to use, and it feels like such a nice little upgrade to my kitchen. Cute, functional, and exactly what I was hoping for. Definitely a 5-star purchase!

We love our new toaster. Our old one was 15 years old and left a lot to be desired. Our son commented this one was like a spaceship compared to the old one lol. It's got an awesome digital interface and features— and it is so pretty we don't feel bad leaving it on the counter!

I really wanted to give this toaster a full five-star review. I've loved all the products from this brand—we own the air fryer and the mixer, and both work flawlessly. Unfortunately, less than a week after purchasing this toaster, one of the levers stopped staying down, making half of the toaster unusable. It's disappointing because the design and performance seemed promising at first, but the durability just wasn't there.

It is a beautiful toaster but poor quality! We've had this item for 4 months and the right side lever does not stay down to start the toaster. Very frustrating to have a 4 slice toaster and only be able to use 2 slices! My last attempt is contacting the manufacturer in hopes they will make this right since we are just past the 90 day return window. A $69 toaster should last longer than 4 months!!

This toaster is pretty, but that’s about it. It worked great for a while, but after about 3 months, does not toast evenly. The same setting will sometimes toast perfectly, sometimes burn, and sometimes doesn’t see to toast at all. Randomly, only one side of the bread will toast. For a $70 toaster, it’s absolute garbage.

I bought this toaster in June of last year. It has been decent until these last 2 weeks. The lever on the left hand side will not click into place so I have to hold it down in order to toast anything. I have tried reaching out to someone as it's covered under warranty, with no luck. Save your money.

Toasts well but thinner bread will fall into the mechanism and can easily work its way into the rear of the spring mechanism. When this happens, you have to remove the bottom of the toaster which is held on in part with triangular security screws. This has happened twice since we bought this toaster a month ago. I've never had this sort of repeated failure due to design with something as simple as a toaster.

I ordered the black and got the white. Smelled horrible and the sides of the toaster get VERY hot! I burned my fingers! It was almost like it was on fire! It is pretty but not worth the fire risk! Took it back to store... oh and yes made in China once again. UGH!

Horrible toaster. Complete rip off. Bad balance in machine so if you need to toast more than 4 slices of bread, you have to hold the hot unit to keep it from toppling over to push the lever down. The controls don't do anything - it randomly scorches bread on 3 or randomly doesn't toast on 2. There is no half option, like you have with a dial or some others. Terrible chemical smell when it heats up. Levers don't catch half the time when pushing down. Our last 2 slice toaster we replaced could toast 2 halves of the Walmart sub rolls per slot - so we could get a whole meal prepped for a person at a time, but this one can't. The slices are shorter, so we can't fit 2 halves side by side. The button controls are janky, and will randomly change setting from bread to bagel for no reason. Toasting is uneven - big spots untoasted while other areas are charcoal. Don't fall for the celebrity hype. It's not worth the price at all.

This toaster is so pretty…and so awful. Within a few weeks, the 2 left sides of the toaster stopped working altogether. The right side burns one side of the toast every time so you have to rotate the toast on two low settings, or stop it halfway through a high setting and flip it…and hope you don't forget. Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. But I'm past a return window since we didn't open it right away. All in all, a complete waste of money. But…it's pretty? Pretty junk.
